Took me in on the spot and correctly diagnosed a noise in my front end as a problem with my wheel bearing. They charged a fair price for the diagnosis and told me I would get full credit for that charge toward the wheel bearing job if I decided to bring it back to them to have it done. I brought it back to them and they did a good job. My only complaint is that after the diagnosis visit I noticed a couple of small scratches on my door. I didn't complain. When I picked up my car after the wheel bearing was replaced I noticed another small scratch. Their work area is very tight and congested so I can see how it would happen. My car is not new so it's not a big deal to me

These guys are the best shop in Fall River , recently my muffler popped off while going up a hill making my car super loud , i called kirks & they fit me in at 3pm the NEXT DAY , fixed my muffler in a hour and went the extra mile to make sure it doesn’t happen again . Thank you to Eric & Pete for saving me and my family the hassle of riding around on thanksgiving with a loud car . Forever thankful

Left my father's car out in the lot for almost 2 weeks, it's never leaves the garage and now it's filthy, inside and out. My father has been very patient with him and not only 2 weeks later is the car not fixed, when we went to pick it up IT WAS UNLOCKED IN THE LOT!! Make sure you take anything important out of your car before you go here unless you want everything stolen out of your car AND want to pick up a filthy car. I would NOT recommend going here. There's plenty of other more trustworthy places to go in fall river or Dartmouth. I'm leaving this review to hopefully let people know how he treats the cars he receives at his shop.Service: Transmission

I Don't recommend it to anyone go to this place very bad customer service they're telling you to do the job charge $1,000 and the car get worse very bad and they liar about all the work that they done in the car bring to another mechanic to tell me that the copy of the receipt was not done really so much money for nothing ?

I brought my car to Kirks since there was a problem with my transmission shifting gears. I was told that 3 people drove my car and was not able to find any problem. They charged me $129 just to look at the car. I brought my car to another mechanic only to find out I needed a new transmission. I called and spoke with Jim to tell me to bring it back to them to replace the transmission and they will take the $129 off the cost. Refused to refund the money. Why would I bring my car back to someone that was not able to diagnose the car in the first place. Why would I take my business from the mechanic that found the problem and bring it back to Kirk's. I would not recommend the place at all.
