I went to Lacavas to pick up a radiator that I ordered. When I was ready to pay I noticed I had no money in my wallet. I explained and mentioned I will be right back thinking I just left it at home. Long story short it wasn't at the house and frantically I retaraced my steps hoping to GOD I I could find it. When I walked in they already was looking for my info to contact me that they had found all of my money. I have been going to Lacavas ever since I was in high school. Buying a corbarater scale to weigh my pot. lol. But I still got there because they are the cheapest prices in the city. And they have been around for over 30 years. Thanks Lacavas and that employee who was honest. 🤜🤛 S🦆I

As much as I love supporting small businesses...the employees here are horrible people! I'm a door Dasher who happened to take an order for them from Cranston to fall river where they are located....it was 25 miles to drop off with absolutely no tip! When I arrived after an hour of traffic over the Washington bridge and keeping them updated on my arrival time...still no tip! I tell the 3 men at the counter my car was overheating from the ride and try and purchase coolant...ALL 3 ignore me asking if they have coolant,so i ask again to not only be ignored but 2 out of 3 walk away! So for 2.5hrs of my time and 50 miles later...I end up at auto zone using the $15 I made on the dash to buy coolant! So if this is how this small business makes a living I suggest going elsewhere since they obviously don't care about customers needs....what auto shop lets a young woman leave in an overheated car to go back in traffic! The least they could do is leave a decent review but that was apparently to much for them so here I am letting y'all know the kind of people your thinking of doing business with. Thanks NICK YOUR A REAL STAND UP GUY!
