Been going to this laundry mat since it opened and never had any issues except for when they hire some of these new people who don't want to work. The other day I got there exactly at 7:15 and was turned away along with two other customers when last wash is at 7:30 the guy just wanted to get out 15 minutes early but keep pushing customers away and we're not gonna go back all because of an employee who wants to get out 15 minutes early if he doesn't want the job n them hrs I'm looking for a second job working part time nights for during the week after my day job that I'm working 10hr days at I will do the job how it's supposed to be done no pushing customers away 15 minutes early so you can get out early that's bad for business. Oh yeah I left this same comment a few days ago when this incident happened but just came to check up on it and can't find it so I'm guessing it's been deleted.

I would give it 5 stars, but they don't leave the AC on all the time, and it's way to hot!! Also, half of the machines are always out of order. Other than that, I like doing my laundry their.

We have been going here for over a year,worker always pleasant and cheerful,tall lady who likes her music loud. Last time I was there I asked her to lower it she did just barely, today we went again, music blaring. I have anxiety issues and noise like that is disturbing to me. She does not seem to care if people
arebothered.i ended up taking my clothes outside to fold near my car. If alone ,who cares how loud she plays it but with customers present show some respect pleasei

Love this place. The staff are always so nice and welcoming and have great music playing. The variety of machines is great and makes it easy to get laundry done even when it’s busy. BUT the variety of machines mean nothing when most of them are out of order. I get it, it happens but when 3 of the 4 large machines are out of order so you go to the next row of smaller machines and maybe 70% of those machines are also out of order and so on, that is not ideal. While I’m sure it’s money spent to fix, it’s also money lost to not fix. That is not a regular staff issue, it’s a management/owner issue. So hopefully this review gets their attention and even more, hopefully it gets resolved quickly.

I use this laundromat weekly because it’s so clean and isn’t always crammed with people. They always have something good on the tv or some great music playing; whether it’s from the 90s to today’s hits. My kids love coming in here with me because it’s always a party while we do laundry. Today I dropped my phone between two washers and thank god Kara was there because she saved the day. She went into the little grubby crawlspace and used a hanger to fish out my phone. Seriously couldn’t thank her enough! She deserves a raise. Every time I’m here that lady is working her butt off. I love this laundromat and recommend it to all of my friends and family. This location is the best.

This place was great when it first opened. I used to go early Sunday mornings with my grandson before we went to breakfast. There was a gentleman there who opened the laundry and would play movies for those doing their laundry, and it was family friendly. Now, I am going on Sunday mornings, and the place reminds me of a thug hangout. Rap music with inappropriate lyrics is blasting over the speaker making it difficult to even speak with anyone. I am not going back to this establishment, instead I choose to go to Delkin, which is not as spacious, but at least I can feel comfortable having a child with me and having peace of mind without music blasting my eardrums out of my head. If I were the owner, I would put a stop to this immediately before they lose a good family friendly business. By the way, I am not alone in this opinion as others I have come to know are also choosing to go elsewhere.

I’ve been coming since it opened and loved it till this past year all machines are always broken never gets fixed! And he keeps going up on prices me and my friends and family are going to GIGIS ITS BETTER FOR THE PRICE NOW AND MACHINES WORK

I thought this place was great until several items were stolen from my dryer, by an employee. I know this because she was the only one present and I actually caught her with her hands in my dryer. At the time I thought I was safe but when I got home I was missing many items including 4 pairs of sneakers. The owner was no help and could literally care less. It's too bad because I enjoyed going there.

I see why they call it the Palace, it’s huge and very spacious, even the machines are big and very efficient. It’s also clean which I appreciate, plenty of parking and places to eat are less than 5 minutes away.

Great drop off service. The employees are nice, the $1.25/lb is totally reasonable, the inside has a little arcade which is super cool

I have been going to the Front St. Location for a long time, the staff deserves 5 stars, the laundromat deserves 0 stars, twice this week no a/c I SEEN the thermostat and it was 92 degrees, my elderly mother ended up very ill because of this, it is a poor way to serve the public, the owner only cares about his contract customers like detox.
