This is the worst company around. My partner is on the transplant list for double lung. He is on constant o2. He had to do nebulizer treatments 4x day. I called for his nebulizer equipment and filters for his machine a month ago. Still no suppliesI have called over and over to be told our local office is very busy. Right, busy. Busy doing nothing. This company will kill someone one day.

Horrible... DO NOT USE (...they won't fulfill your order anyway).We are waiting 5 months for a medical device urgently needed to replace one damaged in a house fire. ...hour long waits on hold...no answers on status...every time I call they need more info that they apparently forgot to get on the previous call. Absolute waste of my time because now I have to start from scratch with another company.

My mother in law tried calling Lincare yesterday and the connection was so horrible she could not understand them, and eventually they hung up on her. I called twice today, was put on hold for 15 minutes, and they couldn't understand me because of the connection, and they hung up on me. One would think that after 2 days of bad phone connections they would fix the problem. Looks like I will have to drive there to get to talk to someone.

Was sent home from hospital on June 28 2022 Albert from there company came to hospital with 6 hour tank to go home with when I got to my house he was outside waiting for me to deliver rest if equipment I am very happy with there service

They need to put these ppl out of business , they dont care about ppl and what thete needs are, somebody needs to get a lawyer and take them to court...Cause I already talked to someone about there lies and service its all written on paper ...Solve it Seven will be called soon!!

The worst company ever . Costumer service is nothing to be desired. One star is understatement considering when you call nothing gets done . They are dealing with fragile vulnerable people . With serious conditions and the lack of interest is beyond me . Sending sub contractors to older individuals without any knowledge or introduction. Sad world of costumer service level .

Not surprised how bad Lincare is, tried to call again 13 minutes it rang to hear that there was no order. So now made a new order with no idea when I should get my air tanka. But not surprised this is a very shady company that I wished wasn't the only company in the area...

Had to go to office for supplies. Tanks say full they only have about an hour of oxygen in them. Was left with no tanks for over a week had to cancel appointments. Lung dr called was told they would contact me still waiting 48 hours later.

My moms doctor ordered a wheelchair for her on Wednesday 12/8/21..she has a broken knee cap(fractured)mind you she is 80 yrs old...I have been carrying her everywhere....anyway its been 3 days ...today is Friday 12/10/21....they said no one is in the office till Monday to process the claim after the insurance company gave verbal approval....and the agent says also I don't need to repeat myself to explain why there is no back up person to process medical emergency claims...this is just a poor company and they don't care about people...it greed and no repect....I hope the doctors that deal with LinCare really think about how that reflect them.

If I could rate them 0 I would. Horrible communication, on call number never passed on messages to day shift, consistently doubted me when there was a problem despite lots of experience on our part (and I was always right). If we had any choice we would have gone elsewhere but Medicare had us locked in.
