Outstanding Service at Major Auto Repair - Highly Recommend!
I rarely write reviews, but the exceptional service I received today at Major Auto Repair truly deserves one. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy by John and his entire team.
As a female, I've often felt apprehensive about taking my car to mechanic shops, fearing I might be taken advantage of. However, John's transparency and honest approach immediately put me at ease.
My car was promptly taken in at my scheduled appointment time, and the work began without delay. Not only did they provide top-notch service, but I also saved hundreds of dollars compared to what I would have paid at an overpriced car dealership. This saved me both money, time and the hassle that comes with dealerships.

Fast, honest and reasonably priced! My mobile office (sprinter van) broke down and John Santos got me in immediately and back on the road the next day. He stayed late when I explained I had patients scheduled for the next two days and was desperate not to cancel on them. This is a great family business, I highly recommend Major Auto Repair! He even worked magic with my back up camera and didn't even mention it. Thank you from one small business to another, you saved my week!

I am in from out of town with my dad in the hospital and my car broke down.
In a very stressful situation, John has been a great blessing.
I had my car towed to John's shop at 2 pm and within 3 hours my car was fixed.
John called several times with updates and also sent me a video of the broken belt and how he would fix it.
I can't express how AWESOME, John has been.
If you need a mechanic that is trust worthy and fast, go to this place.

John and his team found and resolved ALL of the major problems with my Jeep quickly, made time to call and text me to answer my questions, and even sent videos explaining what he was seeing. My vehicle had an oil leak and I have had it in to the dealership 3 times to fix and each time it still leaked. Took it to Major auto repair, they diagnosed it and had the leak fixed in one day. John is very honest and straightforward with your vehicle issues.
I’m very happy with the service and will be bringing my vehicles here for any repairs or services needed. Thanks John for taking care of this leak that’s been going on for well over a year.
