Worst customer service.
The women that work here are all so miserable!
They don’t want to do what they’re paid to do… I tried to return something I purchased online and was made to come back another day to do it, for what reason..?? The woman that was working on a Saturday said she couldn’t do it and told me to come back on Monday.. when I went back on Monday, they were giving me a hard time saying they couldn’t return it.. After speaking with Management , the return was made..
I hate to give a bad review because the place does have good quality sheets and such but every time I’ve been to this store the female staff make it an unpleasant experience

If you're looking for a set of sheets with pillow cases, don't be fooled as I was that the standard sets at the Matouk factory store are of their reputed high quality. You may be able to get an odd sheet in the better quality, but not the sets that are 350 thread count cotton percale. These sheets are stiff and wrinkled, even after fluff drying. Also, for a full size flat sheet, they offer only what they list as a "full/queen," and it it quite big for a double bed. I paid what I feel is a good amount of money, and I'm very disappointed. My much less expensive Damask sheets from Macy's are more comfortable and enjoyable to sleep on.

I was told their queen fitted worked with a 14” high mattress. Unfortunately it looks like this after washing and drying. I’m pretty sure the wrong sheet was in the package but they don’t accept returns. I tried. Buyer beware.

High-End bedding. They do have a seconds section where we got a sheet for 40% off.

Not sure how you give this store a negative review. In my opinion, everything is well done here and there should be lines out the door. Most everything is made in the USA.
There were items made in other countries (ie Portugal), but the tags on every item clearly identify where the item was manufactured. Prices are below retail. There are many sales items.
The store is in the same building as the factory. It is modern, clean, well lit, and parking is convenient. People were helpful, and frequently offered to provide assistance. If something was not in the store, they worked with you on finding it in their catalog, and would go into the factory to to find the item.
How may factories in the USA are producing sheets, linens, blankets, etc? Very few. And how many have factory stores. Even fewer. I don't think there are any in the Northeast. While some items are expensive (and beautiful), many prices are competitive with other well known retailers.
We should we supporting American manufacturers. The Matouk Factory Store is a great store, and the company is a wonderful story. Bring your friends and check it out!

Buyer Beware. Disinterested staff, think DMV employees. They refused an exchange of visibly defective hand towels. Last time I will ever shop there.

We stopped here on our way home from our Cape Cod vacation. I'm so glad we did. Their sheets are absolutely wonderful. Some great deals can be found here.

Way overpriced for the quality. Sheets do nothing but get all balled up in the dryer, super annoying.Much happier with sheets and towels from LL Bean.
