“So I have been a customer for the better part of 2 years and each time I have needed supplies I know I can count on Lorraine at the Fall River Massachusetts facility, what a awesome customer service person she is and most recently my address is had to change several different times because of personal reasons but that was no problem with Lorraine she handled it made sure I got my product to the current address and it's not that anyone else couldn't have done the same job but the way she does her job I only wish that other customer service had the same positive attitude she's knows what she's doing it has extremely Pleasant and has great bedside manners thank you John”
