I went to simply return a router at 6:30 p.m. and they refused to let me in even though they advertise they close at 7 p.m.

This person shouldn't be working there I never have a employee so rude and unprofessional trying to scam a customer for 10 dollars when I corrected him that I Short the guy 10 dollars he got mad and refused to help me tell me to leave the store with very disrespectful matter like he wants to fight me cause I was trying to help a customer that needs a translator.so rude he needs to be fired

Individuals working at this place have no knowledge how to set up a watch haved to call MetroPCS and they were able to connect a watch to a to my phone plan.
Very rude.

This is the second review im making cuz i had forgotten the ladies name, now that i know her name i have to make another post cuz shes that good and want everyone to know, 1412 south main st is the only metro in fall river I will go to, the lady's name is Jen, she is absolutely thee best, she's always friendly, very helpful and she's a multi Tasker, u will not wait long, she will go put her way to help anyone, I one hundred percent recommend this metro, I drive out my way if have to just to go see her and get the best service ever
