I love going to this store. The workers are the bomb they treat us with respect and help whenever needed. I’ve been to many other stores but Jenn and Meghan are the best ever !!!♥️♥️♥️♥️

I can't remember the ladies name from the metro on n.main st, fall river, ma. But all I know is she is awesome, she helped me out so much, she was very friendly, helpful, caring and she don't keep her customers waiting, for now on this will be thee only metro I go to, even if I gotta drive far away cuz I know with a worker like her it will always be worth it, just wish I remembered her name...

I new the owner for a long time and the staff is wonderful they no there stuff I love metro pcs I'm going back I had a bad experience with at&t there prices are very high at first my bill was small now that I been with them since June my bill for 4 phones and two watches and one tablet is 1,698 no I'm not kidding I'm so stressed I'm going back to metro so please think about who you want for service Anne Marie

I wouldn't say the customer service is bad. BUT we had a particular thing to do - switch to Metro. Another branch did not have the phones we wanted, so we were sent to this branch. The employee told us we cannot switch like that, because blablabla, and offered us to buy phones, told us there is no option and very actively was trying to sell phones to us. As of now, we switched to Metro, at another branch, did not pay for any phone, all works. So i guess either he did not want to do aaaalll that work and spend that much time, or just wanted to make us buy phones, or both. Was somewhat disappointing.
