I was so lucky and got a young lady Jenn and she was beyond helpful! What she did actually made me start to cry and I asked her for a hug. Just a genuinely great hearted person and she deserves a raise for sure. Multitasker, bilingual and heart of gold!!

Excellent customer service!!! My husband and I were extremely satisfied with Jenn's demeanor and knowledge of phones. Jenn will work very hard to resolve your issue or recommend a solution. Metro is extremely lucky to have such a great employee.

Had a great experience at this store Jen was fantastic she cleared When I walked in I had about 15 people ahead of me. She had them all cleared out Faster than I could blink. She was very kind and she was very friendly and she was very helpful.
Could not have ask for a better service. This woman deserves a raise

Horrible. Was trying to port my number to a new service, he told me call customer service. Unfortunately I couldnt get customer service on the phone - right there in front of him - and pretty much told me "It's your problem, call call customer service - I have to use the bathroom and I'm about to close the store." It was 4 pm. Shows closing at 6. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Sat in the store while waiting on hold . He spoke to me like I have no clue whats going on. I'm still in my forties, I build computers and do video editing for a living. Not sure what credentials he has, but switching a phone number should be easy and this guy was way less than helpful. and with bad attitude. Maybe going to the bathroom and closing early is a good idea when he is on shift , save the other customers from this horrible service. Hopefully the next employee is better. This less than helpful bad experience was Sunday 11-26-23 at 3:30 pm.
