Went to New England Surgical last week. Melinda, who has worked there for over 15 years was terrific. She was very knowledgeable about bathroom supplies/equipment for the elderly. Melinda was personable, gave current information and answered all of our questions. Very positive experience.

Over 3 weeks and still NO Walker unit I needed was available. Keeps giving EXCUSES and blaming supplier. Clerk not helpful or concerned with my order. Called Dominion in North Dartmouth and had the walker is 3 days.
