Went to New England Surgical last week. Melinda, who has worked there for over 15 years was terrific. She was very knowledgeable about bathroom supplies/equipment for the elderly. Melinda was personable, gave current information and answered all of our questions. Very positive experience.

Wish I had read the reviews before selecting this company for my rental. If you are buying or renting medical supplies it likely means you are having a new medical condition, sometimes life altering. NE Surgical does not care! No service, no accommodations. They answer their phone but only to tell you they cant put an ounce of humanity into your need. Dont expect anything from them.

Over 3 weeks and still NO Walker unit I needed was available. Keeps giving EXCUSES and blaming supplier. Clerk not helpful or concerned with my order. Called Dominion in North Dartmouth and had the walker is 3 days.

Store had a variety of wheelchairs. The best part of my sales was I wasn't hounded by the sales people, but when I had a question they were there and helpful.
