I did returns day 12 /18 /2024 at 9:40 am , and meet the most grumpy lady ever , the manager was very rude with me also with the cashier who was helping her .I will never came back😞

Cashier ( 60229 )was very rude and condescending. He made me feel very inadequate for not knowing where to return an item. I bought 4 shorts and he spoke to me in such a rude manner saying " YOU CAN TAKE THE HANGERS OFF" so aggressively!! He did not say "CAN YOU" or "could you"... ( I do not work for you sir, you have no right on telling me to do YOUR JOB, matter of fact no right to speak to ANYONE in such demeaning manner. So I respectfully said that's fine ill help you take the hangers off the shorts, I can do 2 and you can do the other two, he clearly did not want to do it, so I proceeded to take 2 out of 4 hangers of the shorts and with the last one he was waiting for me to do it as well. Almost hesitating grabbing it, look at the camera interaction store/ district manager! You will see how your worker operates! His demeanor was so condescending and inappropriate.
I paid for my items and than proceeded to go to the service desk to process my return, the lady working there was so kind and you could just tell that she was a good person and great worker! Wish I knew her name. As she is processing the return I glance over at register 4. Where this incident happened and noticed how worker 60229 was treating the next customer so respectful and kind. Not sure why with me was different and seeing that made me feel worst. You CANNOT PICK AND CHOOSE how to treat your loyal customers. You know better, so do better. I treated you with respect, I should have been treated the same way!

I waited in line for a couple patiently, waiting for them to finish up what they were getting. They were two other registers opened, but they were almost done being checked out, so I stayed in line. I had tampons and toothpaste that’s it only two items and the cashier waited until I was ready to pay to tell me that she was closed. I’m absolutely disgusted and she was rude about it. She was on the Heavier side with dark hair. You could be nicer to your customers. It took me a total of 17 seconds to pay. Glad you’re closed. Hope you had a nice rest of your night. I hope you have nightmares and your pillow is hot.

I have been visiting Job Lot for years! Besides having lower than avg prices for MANYBthings in the store, there are numerous other advantages for shopping there. Allow me to.mention some of them:
1. Crazy deals. They work like this: you buy a "crazy deal item", & spend at least $10. Then, you get a gift cardcequal to what you just spent, which becomes usable the following day. They occasionally have all kinds of crazy deal specials making that aspect alone worth the trip.
2. Unusual merchandise, including food items. I have OFTEN found very tasty chips, snacks, energy drinks (etc), that I decided to take a chance on - only to end up.hoing back & buying (often much) more of the same
3. A helpful, quite personable staff- quite unlike any help one typically may get at a large grocery store, where it's quite clear the workers are overloaded & are annoyed at assistance demands.
4. The cheapest place ANYWHERE to buy nuts! How about $3.99/lb of walnuts, or $9.99 for a Qt of pure maple syrup? Need I go on? The cycle of deals just make regular visits there a must!!

I would have given this store a 5 star. However the cashier couldn't be more annoying!! Complaining about not having a break to your client is annoying stop the madness. Do your job and shut your mouth!!

Went on to buy 100.00 gift card and to take advantage of the 40 percent crazy gift deal said it was not allowed on gift card sales does not say that in the ad and I have done that before I walked out without buying the gift card there loss 100 is a sale weather gift card or merchandise that would guarantee a return customer well just lost a customer always buy gift cards for hoildays
