If I could go zero or negative stars I would took from mid october do December 21 to “wire” four door speakers and sub box that was never even put in, the doors were missing screws to hold it in place, 2 of the 4 door speakers had the stock vibration foam ripped out so the rattle like crazy , the driver side door speaker produces little to no sound and best of all no subs were ever even installed, I have picture proof of him in providence from Fall River in my truck “at the distributor” but it looked like a regular house and on multiple drives wayyyy out of the way of the shop, the whole job was garbage cheaply done and horribly planned, I hope absolutely no one ever gets services done from this place, what an absolute joke Mike and his whole team is.

I had problems with a remote starter and the factory alarm on my Kia Forte. Up until Pharoah's...I was not able to have the remote starter. Mike told me they knew what had to be done to use the remote without affecting the factory alarm. They put the remote starter in successfully. I have no problem recommending them.

Nothing but scammers. Mike took more than $400 from us to install speakers with "all new wiring". He ended up using the same wires that we purchased, and wired the amp so that it cannot be turned off- which is a fire and safety risk. When we tried to get a refund he refused. Police were called several times, and each time he would close up the shop for the day and take off in a customers vehicle before being approached. We now have to take action with small claims court.
Beware, because we saw him joyriding several customers vehicles. Before considering this company, check out their Facebook reviews. 1 star rating where many other people can attest to Mike using people's cars and belongings without their consent, scamming them out of their money, etc.

Terrible! The detail sucked and was rushed! Streaks from cleaner not buffed out. The carwash does better! And Mike? He took my car for days to use it for his personal use. He’s scum! I had an apple airtag in the car! The car was everywhere but where it should have been.

I should’ve just went to my brother in law’s buddy’s business instead. I feel like spending almost close to 1k was unnecessary. HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND
