They were contracted to pick up clothes by my insurance. Had issues with them losing things the year before and stopped but was having surgery and thought it would be helpful. I was wrong. They LOST an entire large bag of clothes. Every towel I owned. two complete sets of bedding and a comforter plus a new Michael kors sweatshirt. They said they gave it to a woman who constantly gets the wrong clothes and keeps them. (see my issue with that story?) They actually blamed her. I file a claim. they send back a clear plastic bag. Not my bag but my tag which would have to be removed from the bag...with a blanket that's not mine, a shirt that wasn't mine, and a hand towel that funny enough was mine. I filed a claim with insurance. Redd's lied their butts off. Said I wouldn't go there. They never told me to go there. But honestly, it's an hour away. I wouldn't have. And they said they gave them away. So, they lied to either me or the insurance company. They said I cut off contact. Yeap, they are not polite when you have an issue. I had the owner already blocked because of how polite she was the year before......
They acted like it was my fault they gave my items away. Treated me like I did something wrong. These people take zero responsibility when they screw up. They offered insurance 100. NOPE. I filed in small claims court today. I saw other complaints and saw this happens a lot. Not even dealing with it. They won't take responsibility or pay for my items. they want to be rude and defensive. I get it... accidents happen. But to blame the people whose stuff they lose or ruin? I left a lot out of the story, but I'll save it for court. Incredibly unprofessional. This was right after my cancer surgery. This was to help my life. Not make it harder. God they were so rude. That's what I'm really angry about. I'm not dealing with it.

Do not use this service. They were contracted to pick up laundry on Wednesday and return it on Thursday, sadly we very seldom received our clothes on schedule. Frequently we had to call and find out when we could expect clothing. It was often Saturday. There was also no consistency on how the laundry was folded, and sox mismatched. Finally they lost half of my last load. Two pair of jeans, several sweatshirts and some small things. The owner won't return phone calls and will not take responsibility for the loss. Beware of this company.

Redd's Rocks, best laundry service I've ever used. I give it ten stars ( but the website only allows you to rate it five )

Ashley has some serious attitude problems and problems with being professional under certain circumstances. I Can’t sit and watch the younger generation like herself be rude to the elderly customers. I feel bad for the old man she was so rude too. He just couldn’t hear her well and she wasn’t being to kind about it. Hopefully managers will talk to her about this issue and have it fixed

Best laundry experience ever. In the Falls River area on business and did not want to pay the ridiculous hotel prices to clean my dirty clothes. Stumbled across this place and found it to be an oasis for the weary and clean-clothes-challenged. Great value and the staff and owners were very inviting. I will visit this establishment again when I am in the area. Five Stars for Red's Suds and Bubbles!!! They make you want to dirty up your clothes on purpose. Well, maybe not on purpose.

My mother has been going to Redd's and using their laundry services for over a year, and was a very loyal customer. With their last drop off of laundry, clothing went missing, and her brand new tops were destroyed after she had asked for them not to be put into the dyer. Upon telling the staff about the problem. They were clueless as to handle the issue and promptly treated my mother's situations in poor taste. Upon speaking to the owner of Redd's we were assured that my mother would be compensated for her damaged and lost items of clothing. Upon presenting receipts for the articles of clothing my mother had JUST purchased, less than one month ago, the staff at Redd's blamed my mother, claiming they were old articles of clothing, negating the evidence provided and sending them away. ONLY FURTHERING PROOF THE DAMAGE WHICH THEY CAUSED TO THE CLOTHING. Their sheer lack of tact, and professionalism was absolutely appalling. When entrusting someone with their clothing, I would think that a business such as this would have a better quality of care, especially for such loyal and long term customers . My mother is a handicapped woman, with not much money, and trusted this business with her brand new clothing and got nothing but rude, disgusting behavior in return. They have 0 respect for their customers, 0 respect for their customers belongings and 0 sense of professionalism. They should be absolutely embarrassed by this situation.

As someone else said keep an eye on your clothes. Clothes go missing. I asked for my shirts not to be put in the dryer. They put them in the dryer. Some of these where bran new worn once!!! They came back looking like old worn clothes. When we confronted them they denied any wrong doings and told us not to come back. Very bad business practices. They don’t care about your cloths. I would advice you to go somewhere else.
