Customer service is atrocious not only this location but the location that recently closed on Stafford road was even worse
I waited 5 minutes while the two employees sat there talking to each other looking at me like I was a nuisance then finally I asked if the had a 10 dollar version of the prepaid PlayStation cards and the reply I got was in a unenthusiastic voice we have what is out
now I can tell why rite aid is going under corporate should have looked at there stores closer
Maybe they could have saved their company

I’ve worked in a pharmacy for 10+ years & I’ve never encountered so many incompetent people who don’t know how to do their job. The staff is flat out rude & don’t recommend anyone taking their business there.

I have never encountered such an incompetent and rude staff as the ones who work here. I am a senior citizen who deals with a lot of pain, each and every day. I wait to recieve a text message from them informing me that my perscription is ready to be picked up. I recieved one confirming that it was ready to be picked up today. My Dr. was away the last time that it was filled so the Dr. who covered for him sent over a fifteen day script, but the dosage was not correct. I take one and a half pills twice a day per my own Dr. and the fifteen day script called for only one pill, twice a day. My Dr. returns and sends over a new script for the right dosage and I waited to be notified that it was ready. When the oh so rude clerk raised her voice and told me that it didn't matter that I recieved their text message and it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. As far as I'm concerned she shouldn't be working with the public at all. I am not some druggie looking for a quick fix and I am appalled that she made me feel like one.

There should be no reason why my medication prescription does not get filled until I go to pick them up despite them being sent to this pharmacy hours in advance. Then, to be addressed with an attitude is not only unprofessional but unappreciated and offensive. There are people that need their medication’s, and this is a terrible way to conduct Business. I’m experiencing a lot of pain and now have to wait two more hours.

Had a hard time at first when I had my meds transferred to this pharmacy.1. didn't answer phone calls.I had to show....... up a couple of times a day to get my meds.

Just terrible service...lengthy phone menu, then nobody answers for 20 minutes, the person that does answer is not the person you selected, transfer and wait again...unprofessional every time you have to reach them

Conveniently located (e.g., near Bristol, Roger Williams University), Rite Aid provides a range of essential products and services. As of my recent discovery, I have especially remained thankful for their pharmacy and medical expertise. Their support means the world for our community, our support of Rite Aid empowers our neighbors. Happy New Year ??

I've been going to Rite-Aid ever since I started getting scripts when I was younger. All my kids got scripts here as do my siblings, many friends and neighbors. Especially the one at 1024 S. Main st. Fall River, MA.

Every pharmacy is getting ridiculous. They all have bankers hours now & pharmacist takes 3 hours to fill a prescription that takes 2 mins to count out while getting paid $30 something an hour. Pathetic.Be sure to fill up all your stuff 3 days in advance they need the time apparently.
