Rocky's Ace Hardware is a local store known for great customer service every time. It is a great little store where the staff are helpful and actually know the inventory. The workers are great, friendly, and very helpful. They offer personal service and have a large variety of many different things, from gardening to lighting to cleaning supplies. While some find it pricey compared to big box stores, others note it is reasonably priced with great sales specials and bins with great sales near the door. It is seen as a convenient alternative to driving to a larger store. The store is proudful, with staff who greet you and are committed to helping you find what you need. As the helpful hardware folks in the neighborhood, helping you is the most important thing they have to do today.

Customer service was beyond expected. Associates helped with every step of purchase, warranty, fueling, and a parking lot demonstration on how to use the new STIHL blower/sprayer. Highly recommend you don’t see service like this anymore! Matt was the associate that needs the credit for going beyond.
