Towed my car and did it incorrectly. Continued to tell me on the phone after 1,000$ of damage that because I was homeless in the past I’m a liar and he won’t repair it or help with damages. Worst service I’ve ever had basically and slum lord of cars.

Had to bring my BMW in for a repair to the rear after an accident for which they are a certified repair shop. They kept the car for about a week after repairs were anticipated to take two, so great job for getting it done so fast! Also saved me over 1k vs the expected repair cost. Afterward, a couple things still weren't quite right and they took the car again one morning free of charge and make it right in about an hour unscheduled. Would use them again for sure!

Truly a place you don’t want your car towed to. Owner hyped up a car to be sold that would’ve been out for “7-8K” and sold it for 2.5K and supposedly “discounted” some fees off from the towing. Car has been a complete lemon. Gas gauge meter isn’t readable and the car can’t even switch between comfort or sports mode. Car is already facing engine issues 3 months after purchase.
Being there as a woman was truly terrible. The staff are terrible and look inconvenienced anytime you question or push back. Don’t even get me started on trying to have them to communicate all the repairs they’re attempting as it comes across as their own mechanics being confused. An extra $100 occurred at the signing from one of the rude mechanic guys over his “miscommunication” on price.
Owner over promises and is terrible with communication and will pull you back and forth all over the place and promise all these deals. Look somewhere else if in the market after your car is totaled here because they 100% can’t fix it

So this is my 2008 Toyota Camry. It's nothing fancy but I love this car a lot and it means a lot to me. It used to be the car my grandparents drove me around in when I was little. I won't ramble too much about it's backstory but long story short my grandmother has since passed and my grandfather gifted it to me when I got my license. So in April I was in a really bad accident. I got nailed pretty bad in the passenger side. It was bad enough that the engine shut off and my hazard lights turned on automatically. Anyways, the insurance company totaled it and I was devastated but not really surprised because its a 2008. I've gotten work done by Dave & his employees in the past because of a minor fender bender and my parents have gotten all of their cars from him in the past so I felt that he was the best person to bring it to. Fast forward a couple days when he got back from vacation he DID advise that I don't bother with it because of where it got hit and the amount of money in damages it was. I explained my situation and the sentimental value of the car to him and persisted that I was more than willing to pay out of pocket whatever the difference was between what the job was worth and what the insurance gave me. He agreed to fix it and even still he insisted I would not pay more than what the insurance company gave me and after a couple of weeks I went to pick it up and my total was 700$ less than what the insurance company gave me and over 1000$ less than what the appraiser said the damages were! I still had a couple of minor issues with the interior afterwards and he fixed all of those too without charging me another dime. Overall, Dave took care of my wallet and my car and I couldn't be more grateful for his willingness to help me out in a tough spot, and the quality of the work done on my vehicle. I hope I don't have to go to his shop anytime soon again lol but god forbid anything happens to my car again I 100% know where I'm taking it. Everyone that works there is very nice and show genuine compassion for their customers. If anyone reading this just smashed up their car and want it back new without having to sell a kidney, this is definitely the place to go. Once again thank you Dave for helping me out I REALLY didn't want to lose this car.

This place is one of the Best places I have ever brought my car to. They did an amazing job in a short amount of time. They got me my car back eight days before my insurance said it would be back and they were more than fair. Great staff great experience altogether.
