Their rotisserie chicken was excellent, and nice of bagger to double bag too without asking . I don't usually shop here but nice store, fully stocked and decent prices!

I have been a regular here for several years now because it’s convenient to my home. My only negative would be that they are often out of sale items due to small backroom areas. That’s what I’ve been told. Other than that the staff here is usually very helpful, courteous, and polite.

Each time I go to shaws I spend a good amount of money and yes I know how to work the app!I have to sit there and have the manager go through the order and have him correct.it...lines get dragged out people get frustrated and I am late to to appointments!!! I shouldn't need to plan a 1/2 hour of shopping and 1/2 hour to 45 minutes going through the order!!I end up recouping 15 dollars easily and then go home and find other things that were missed because onestarts to get major impatience from both the manager and the folks in line. This is legally called false advertising and is taking business away from Stop and Shop and Market Basket who are honest and the registers take off the right amounts! I have had many people tell me they have the same struggle.I see other complaints on this same thing. I am certain that I am in the hole by about 35 dollars over the times I started noticing. This is adding up to be a whole lot of money!! How much for the times that o hadn't noticed???

Clipped coupons are hit or miss with app. And only a few items come off with phone number. This has happened several times. The staff even said..."yea it doesn't always wo<rk."Time to shop elsewhere. Why shop a store for its sales if you are not getting them?

This store has done a great job keeping the shelves stocked during this pandemic we just went through. The management are kind and helpful. The long established staff stock the shelves and they are helpful and friendly while they are doing their work. I wish they had Poland spring 5 gal jugs, but they have 3 gal jugs of some filtered water.Another thing I love about Shaw's is they still have a full service butcher.

I shop at Shaws North Main Street often. When they have sales in their frozen food section prices are awesome. I can always find what I am looking for and again prices are reasonable.

I love Shaws for everything else, but there produce department is horrible. I’ve been going there for years and every time I purchase from the produce department I regret bananas are rotten on the shelf, plums and peaches that go on sale are not good!! I purchased blackberries thought they looked good and they had mold on them. I will not purchase any fruit or veggies from them again.

My favorite grocery store. Not the closest to me, but the best. I love the driveup pickup service they have. I've never had a problem. Also, love the fact they are open at 6am.

Average grocery store. Decent fruit and vegetables, typical variety of groceries. Meat section is "okay".Just a basic grocery store, average in every way. Not bad, but not great!

Store needs to fire a lot of it's employees. I had a multiple experiences of getting to the store around 5-6 pm on weekdays and there is no one at the bakery, once I ask employees to call someone to serve bakery isle they say "someone will come" and I wait there for 20-30 minutes until mrs. important deign to come and serve like I owe her money, no apologies for the late arrival, nothing. Moreover, cakes are mostly day or even few days old (which makes no sense), made with low quality products (whipped cream they use is horrible). I got cakes from them twice and both of the times I wouldn't take them even for free (considering they cost a whole lot than they worth) if I knew they taste so horrible. I'd rather drive lot more to get a better solution. And overall employee attitude is ridiculous. Who do they think they are? You have one job, to serve a customer, then do so, otherwise many people with better personality ready to replace you.

I don't drive anymore because I am disabled and take the bus. I went to Dartmouth Mall this morning and stopped at Shaw's on North Main St. to pick up a few things before heading home. I made several purchases at Macy's and had 4 Macy's shopping bags in my shopping cart. The old white-haired bat of a cashier with a million bracelets on each arm wanted to know WHY I had Macy's bags in the shopping cart because "there's no Macy's in this plaza." WHAT BUSINESS IS THAT OF HERS?? LAST time I shop in Shaw's!!

The online ordering experience often results in an incomplete order, even if a receipt is provided. Heavy frozen items or heavy drink multipacks are omitted from the order, even if they're on the receipt. More often than not, every item is in its own plastic bag. the laziness is apparent. The in store experience isn't much better. Inconsistent stock and meats are maybe a day away from their sell by.
