The stand came with a banner and he ensured that I got the stand within 3 days (instead of 8) and ALSO took off the price of the banner so I only had to pay for the stand itself. He truly went out of his way to make the one stressful thing from my wedding turn out to be exactly what I envisioned! I will attach a photo here.
