?????? ?? ?? ?be careful ?????very bad service liars are not honestThey promised me that if I gave my phone 11 pro Max they would give me a credit of $1,000 and if I paid $600 more they would give me an iPhone 15 pro Max and another phone 15 for free which was all a false lie and in the end I reviewed my bill in advance and only They were giving $350 for the old phone that I gave and that had a debt of $2000 I went to complain to the store and there were only more lies ? excuses I called the costumer service there I recovered the credit of $1000 thanks to them the debt of a phone was covered but I was left owing what they promised me for free... be careful with a dark-skinned man from Cape Verde ?? who works there, he pretended to be an honest salesman who, in order to earn a pittance of bonuses, lies to people and makes the store and company look bad. from T-MOBILE…

Lazy employees. Literally said "oh you started your plan online. You avoided the activation fees we charge when signing on in store" (how do I know that I work in dental insurance, not selling wireless plans). Instead of helping me port over my phone number, he told me I did not have the correct info without checking and that he couldn't help me.The T-Mobile email stated, "Please go into a store or give us a call to port over your current number, and I can't call on the same line I'm transferring sooooooo have to go in. Only to be met with a terrible experience, as my literal 1st experience with ypur company.I can assure you that when it's time to upgrade, this store will not get my business.Edit* (After response received from the store owner, I just had to post the rest)I called my current plan back, and they informed me that, in fact, the pin number I was given is the same one I would use to port my current number over. MAYBE the employee would have known that if he even LOOKED AT THE INFORMATION THAT WAS SUPPLIED TO ME BY MY CURRENT PLAN. Instead, I was met with nastiness and an unhelpful employee who belittled me in front of others for starting my plan online. Like I purposely did it to avoid fees.Also how did you "look at my account and notes" I never even supplied my name or account # to you when I was in the store. So thats a lie. This response is clearly from the same man who I spoke with in store. I will be following up with a district manager.***Take note, everyone, if you want to avoid paying activation fees, just start your plan online. Setting up your phones is stupid easy and you can just call to get ur number switched from helpful t-mobile employees in their call centers.***

I'm pretty irritated right now. I came in to trade in my phone and get a new one. I have 2 issues that I'm dealing with.They didn't thoroughly let me check to make sure all my data got transferred. Instead they said, "Do you use Google? Then everything should be backed up" as they rushed me out the door. I use 2fa through authenticator app. I now can't access any of my data and especially access to my digital wallet. I literally lost everything.My second issue, I finally got the chance to look at my receipt weeks later as I've been extremely busy. The sales rep just grabbed stuff off the shelves and put it on my phone. Phone case, screen protector, multiple chargers and cords "and here's the key here" without asking me if I wanted to purchase them. He added about $200+ worth of stuff and told me that it was a down payment for the phone.This is why I don't enter T-Mobile stores and buy my devices outright online. Never again am I gonna step foot inside a T-Mobile store. They lost my business for device purchases, I'm buying directly online from now on.

I do NOT recommend the William S Canning Blvd Fall River, MA store. I like TMobile despite its issues since acquiring Sprint (slower service lag times, etc). That being said the young woman working tonight Thursday March 31, 2022 was not professional at all. My hubby was getting assistance from a young man at the counter. She asked if I needed help I said no. She went back to playing on her phone. I checked out the Samsung folding phones and played the demo on the iPads. She and another man watched me. I looked for wipes to clean the items but they didn’t have them. Only sprays which I have been told is not good. She then proceeded to walk to the Samsung folding phones and the iPads and bemoan quite loudly how another worker had left the phones and iPads w/fingerprints all over them. Not exactly subtle. I guess I made her get off her a** and do some actual work and it bothered her. She then came back to the counter after I made a comment myself about her lack of subtlety and she then made a remark in Spanish about how stupid I was. Not so ignorant that I didn’t understand your comment Chiquita. Not happy w/the attitude and lack of professionalism. My husband was upset about it as well and wants to switch our family from TMobile now after 10 years, especially when the bosses do not correct such bad behavior.

BUYER BEWARE. This place committed fraud and should be held accountable. The salesman John assured me I qualified for certain promotions. Months later I am still fighting for the promotion to be honored. I am paying $130 more a month then what I was promised and the store does not care. What is manager's response "well its your word against John's do you have anything in writing". Moral of the story, go elsewhere. If you do go here, make sure everything is in writing because the commission driven salesmen will lie and not be held accountable.
