I want to start off by saying this review has nothing to do with the workers or managers because they are doing what they are being told. So I purchased a Zagg screen protector for my iPhone 14 pro max for $59.99 from this store & I have Protection 360 I was told by T-Mobile themselves that as long as I have protection 360 I can replace screen protectors as many times that I need it and that it would carry over to the next new device because I have jump. Few weeks ago I get the iPhone 15 pro max and go to the store for a screen protector and the sales person wanted to charge me $59.99 all over again and I stated to her what I was told and she told me that I would have to pay for every phone so I passed on it. Then I contacted T-Mobile about it and they stated to me that I was right and this store was wrong and again I understood that they were doing what they were being told. So T-Mobile helped me out by getting a screen protector and that was that but my situation was I went with a privacy one and it was to dark so T-Mobile told me I wouldn’t have a issue so I go back to the store and ask them for a regular clear one and the girl told me oh it has to be the same one that you got and had a manager involved and she told me the same thing so I left. Called T-Mobile again and they were upset so they reached out to another store I go to that store with no issues and got my clear screen protector. I think the workers and service is awesome at this location but knowing it isn’t a corporate store they don’t play by the rules and that should change and because of the rules that’s why they get one star from me.

T Mobile is a fine wireless provider. The wait for service depends on when you turn up there. You might as well enjoy these stores while they exist...they may go the way of shopping malls.

Went to trade in a phone for my son. The Hispanic lady who helped me was very nice and patient. Unfortunately, they didn't have the phones I wanted. Good a nice place and very clean.

My phone was broke and they didn't get me a replacement phone til 7 months later. Service was horrible. I do not recommend going to t mobile. They are horrible. Go to Verizon or anywhere else. One girl at the store was amazing. The rest of the people from corporate are ruthless. They truly do not care about anyone else and just want to go home. To add more information, they are not good friendly people. If you are thinking of switching to Tmoblie well don't. When it breaks,they do not give you the time and energy or the benefit of the doubt. I would be very ashamed if they were known as the best network. I wasn't mad but I was disappointed that this is still a network place people go to and pay money for. They have lost a big customer

Switched carriers from Verizon. Best decision I've made in awhile. Folks here are very friendly and informative. Felt very comfortable. No pressure. Great experience.

I had an issue with my phone service and bill not being correct, I walked in to the store and spoke with one of the associates named Juan, he was super helpful and answered all questions I had. He was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Thank you for your help Juan! You made me a happy customer after not being excited about my phone. Cheers!

Thanks to Juan Ferrer for helping us as soon as we walked in the store he listened to what we were exactly looking for and also made sure that’s what we got he is great at what he does definitely would recommend everyone to go see juan for any kind of phone service he knows exactly what he is doing…. He has great customer service my family and I left that place very happy and satisfied thank you juan for what you do.

My elderly mother went in and without doing ANY troubleshooting they told her she needs a new phone. The person didn't even take the phone to look at it. She turned her data off accidentally, that was the main issue. I get you make commission, but she's almost 70 and just needed her current phone to work until I get her a newer one. Thanks for the "help" I told her you could give her, I'll make sure we don't go there to buy phones.

Got my first bill of $70 . Not sure this is going to be a relationship that last. Doesn't make sense to pay that much for phone and internet service. Especially in times like these.. That's roughly $2.25 a day for a phone and internet. Good luck with your own job.. that's way too pricey.

I just went in to get the new SIM card and the new internet thingie. Alex and his supervisor were absolutely wonderful and friendly. Very professional and not pushing upgrades. I would come back here any day of the week and twice on sundays.
