Unprofessional and unorganized. They keep cars posted that are already sold and when I called to inquire about it i was told “yeah we sold it” they then immediately hung up the phone on me smh

Purchased 2011 Acura mdx almost two years ago and I’m stuck with a lemon, before I purchased the SUV after test driving it, I had mentioned it needed new breaks rotors links and front shocks, they said oh yes we’ll take care of you. Sure enough never did, I went to go get an expection sticker 4 days after they gave me the truck as well with oil change they told me it had a crazy oil leak. Called them and told them what was wrong, they replaced only the links and try to stop the oil leak and nothing still was junk. Took it to a legit mechanic and it so happened it needed all catalytic converters, new mufflers, flex pipe, oil pan and seals, new shocks, rotors, breaks, links and more never ever again

What ever you do buy a car where you know it won’t give u so much problem I finance a car from here it haven’t been a year and nothing but problems I regret getting it from this car dealership I will never again get another one from him I stick where I got my other car from Globe auto he works with u n I didn’t get no problems till after 7 yrs it sad I been wasting money getting it fix so mad ? so make sure u take it to a place to check ur car before you take it

They where nice at first than I have the vehicle I bought they cant figure out why it's getting wet inside been 3mo now and I pd for a warranty that is for 2 yrs and that's only covering motor and transmission so I got robbed there 900.00 and now my steering is messed up and it needs a water pump which if I had the right warranty I would not be having all these problems and mind you this is on a 2013 ford explorer real nice now 3000 to fix it and they tell me oh there is nothing we can do and I still have a full rear of water everytime it rains can't figure it out so please go spend your money else where don't even attempt to go buy a vehicle there DJF

These guys nailed it! Period. My daughter and I had a very limited budget, and we live in 2 different states. Trying to find the perfect truck ultimately led us to Rob at Worldwide.Let me be clear, this very complex purchase was done with only a video chat and the extra care that Rob took to make sure we were happy, and he delivered!They are in Massachusetts, I am in Cali, and my daughter is in Florida. Yeah, I know.Long story short, we needed to have the truck shipped to Florida and hopefully get the truck as described and shown in the video chat. Simply put, we LOVE IT!!!And, what I love the most was, Rob made sure all the paperwork was in order for the FL DMV so that when my daughter went to register the truck, it was a breaze.Being a Dad is stressful enough, and I can not thank Rob and his team enough for making my daughter's dream a reality.Let's not forget the deal! When I told him she was a student and was going to make the payments herself, they knocked the price down to make it work for our credit union. We got got a perfect f150 Lariat 4X4, crew cab, loaded for just 6k. Sure, it has rust but nothing major. Sure it has 200k on the odometer, but it runs perfect!We are very happy and would absolutely refer friends and family. So, with a total of almost 5000 miles between all of us, we made it work for us.We love you, Rob! Thank you & we hope all your days are blessed ahead. Btw, she has already taken it mudding, lol.Happy Dad

I called two days prior stating with vehicle I would like to purchase, when I arrived the owner informed me the vehicle was not there it’s being used by one of the employees. He proceeded to show me some other similar vehicles that was soo dirty ! He then calls the person that has the vehicle to come back , but he wouldn’t be back in a reasonable time frame. Just a bad experience all together !

I can honestly say that thus far I have received nothing but five star service from Billy at Worldwide Auto Sales. This was a first vehicle for my youngest son and Billy went above and beyond to make the transaction seamless, fair and to fix the additional things we asked for. Nothing pushy or shady - very up front and honest service and customer service.
