No baskets for shopping. Also, every single item sold is in a plastic tray, double or triple wrapped in another plastic, but they can't give you a plastic bag to easily carry it home. Punishing customers but not holding the suppliers accountable for packaging is ridiculous

I usually come here for convenience, but not after today. If anyone shops here,watch your prices,they don't stock items in the right spot and refuse to honor the price it was stocked under. I don't know maybe the checkout girl was just giving me an attitude because I'm not black. Nothing I'm going to cry over.

Everything is backwards; including the self check out registers. Normally u scan left to right, but this is the first store I've ever seen that has u scan right to left. And the placement of isles are also backwards compared to other Stop & Shops. It would be a lot easier & faster for everyone if all chain stores like this were all set up the same. But seriously, the scanning in itself, is supposed to go left to right not right to left. I don't know why they insist on confusing shoppers.

Stop and shops new trick to make more money from customers is to switch to paper bags during high traffic times, like weekends, and then charge for them flimsy bags that tear at the slightest amount of weight. Products keep getting smaller while you charge more, keep screwing the customers, I won't go back again. I hope you get what you deserve

Yeah it's expensive but they have the best quality EVERYTHING by far. Staff is helpful and store always clean. One stop shopping, banking and pharmacy! But that little robot man needs to learn how to drive/walk.. ?

Placed an online order and picked it up. Drove home to realize that I was missing a quart of milk, a half gallon of milk, gallon or orange juice and a creamer. Called back when I got home just to be told that they didn’t have it and to check my receipt in the bag. There was no receipts in any bag. Was told that they couldn’t do anything for me and told me to call back later. Spent 150 bucks to not get a few necessities. Not going back, poor customer service.

The past couple of times I’ve bought chicken breasts from here they have been covered in blood spots, I know that it’s normal to have a little but this was more than considered safe to eat, please do a better job handling the chicken

I hate this grocery store. Everything is self checkout and the machine stopped my transaction every item I scanned so an associate had to basically stand there n put in their code for every item. Prices suck and I will never shop here ever again.

When shopping for purple top turnips, I informed the young man working in produce that not only were they dehydrated and shriveled up but that they should be removed. He thanked me and said he would take care of it. A little later, as I stood in checkout, he found me and gave me some fresh purple top turnips (more than I needed) and said there was no charge. Great way to treat customers and keep them coming back.

I always loved stop and shop until recently. Yes the stores in my area are always clean and the employees are always helpful but like the other reviews say the shelves are not stocked, it does seem to be more expensive than other stores and there is a charge for pick up of online orders which is ok but with that price I feel there should be a feeling of satisfaction with the services I receive. There is always glitches on the app to check off that I’m on my way or here so I always have to call the store when I’m there. The phone continues to ring finally someone picks up, seems annoyed and my items are never ready even being told one time “ok your things will be out once we fill the cart” fyi- I placed the order the day prior and my time slot was between 10-11am so I feel that’s more than enough time to get things together.
