The Heron Educational Center for the Human Spirit is a non-profit charitable organization devoted to spiritual guidance and public service. I take yoga all over the place and very much enjoyed the style and mood of the Westport studio. Very welcoming and accepting of all ages and bodies! Everyone here is like family. Just what yoga should be!
