Nothing. I was giving a truck that was dirty and wet on the inside and it had liitle to no gas in it. The shaked badly so you couldn't do more than 40 on the highway. Worst experience ever. The customer service was extremely bad. I was over charged for mileage. I ended up paying double the cost. I didn't get my first month storage rent free like I was told. My storage room wasn't ready when I needed it. I had to wait extra days before I could move my things in. They sold me a king size bed cover that was the size of a twin and qS told to fold my mattress to make it fit. Unbelievable. Staff was the worsf except for the manager, Tanesha was very nice and helpful.

Best UHaul in Massachusetts! Staff are awesome. Clean trucks. Super clean storages and office. Plenty of parking. Tanisha is superb. Great service. They go above and beyond for their customers.
