I will not use this location again due to the lack of accountability and oversight. The scheduling manager and site manager provided conflicting information regarding pick-up and drop-off times and charges. My communication with the scheduling manager was not updated in the system, resulting in overcharging. The employee I returned the truck to said there were no extra charges, but I was still overcharged. The location manager was unhelpful and unprofessional. I give the store manager, Ken, and the scheduling/reservation department a zero rating. You should be ashamed of your lack of accountability and integrity. After calling the company again, I spoke with Terrell (T.J.), an E-Customer Service Agent, who was helpful, professional, and kind. He refunded the overcharges, and my issue was solved. If I could I would give this location a zero. Terrible customer service. They don’t explain anything to you. Charge me $300 for things I never received. Never could find my information. Very unorganized. They scam people with charges that never existed from the beginning. I had to call corporate to get my money back!!!

This was not my original location. This is the 2nd in a row my reservation was changed to a different location because they didn't have my rental for me. Apparently the customer extended their reservation through the app. That is something that should not be allowed in the app. They need to speak to a rep first find out if that rental is already under agreement for the customer. Uhaul makes the of letting the customer do this. This should not an option on the app.....PERIOD!

1030 pleasant st. Owner Derek is vold cruel heartless . Absolutely doesn't care about the people. He's evil @ greedy ! Just got a call if don't get my things out of Uhaul truck. By 2day was throwing out all my belongings 2 a dump ! Where is workers Frank Ramone Country kind hearted people who. I was wild if pd. 4 the rental of truck daily. My things would B safe @ ok. I absolutely wouldn't want sny1 2 do buisness

I made reservations for pickup at this location a month in advance. I reserved a 20ft truck for 1 day rental, to move into our new home as I am getting married.
1st issue.
Once I had arrived they tried to make me go to another Uhaul facility way out of my way to pick up the Uhaul truck which I had already reserved. They had plenty of trucks here & I had made reservations well in advance & I called the day prior to ensure that I would be all set to go & they reassured me. The lady at the front desk called the manager Philip & he tried to tell her to make me go to another location & was upset that I had actually gone to my prefered uhaul location which is where I had made reservations & I was already assured the day prior before coming in. As I am hearing their discussion he finally gave in & demanded that the person who worked the day prior to report back to him on their next shift as in to discipline this individual for doing their job. Anyways, after a few phone calls they handed me the keys after 30 minutes. "30 minutes " should have been no more than a couple of minutes to pick up the keys & go.
2nd issue.
I rented the truck for 1 day & the lady at the front desk is entering into the system as I am observing 3 days & she also added an extra 100 miles. I questioned her & I said that I didn't need all of those miles or extra days. She stated that those extra days & mileage were for just incase you needed some extra time or drove a little extra by accident. I immediately disagreed because that's just plain ridiculous. Why would anyone agree to this? After asking for clarification she said it's just for precautions due to the distance I was driving & I would received a return of my money for the days that I don't use or mileage. I was under the impression that this was probably just standard procedure incase customers don't pay even though their credit card information is already on file. A little suspicious but I have to move into my new home so, she persuaded me & I paid almost $800 upfront.
3rd Issue.
I returned the truck the very next day as I said that I would. Here i am waiting for them to refund my money for the "precautionary fees" Turns out they charged me for 3 day's & for an extra 80 miles that I never used. The person that I returned the vehicle to, said that my uhaul rental was a "FLAT FEE" I said what does that mean & I was definitely not aware of it? "She then proceeded to explain that I was charged for 3 days & an extra 80 miles upfront whether I use it or not" My brain could not comprehend what just happened, I felt so taking advantage of. No one explained this to me, infact I was told the complete opposite. After explaining what the uhaul lady said to me, she then said; well I am not sure why she would say this to you but it's not true. I was so confused, why would anyone agree to these terms, I would have never agreed to this if I had know the truth from the beginning. What a scam, I feel betrayed as I worked hard to load my belongings & move in 1 day as I said that I would. I kept my word & returned the truck clean, gas, and only use 1 day. They lied, cheated me & my wife out of money we don't have. I called customer service & filled a complaint. We will dispute these charges with our credit card company & take whatever steps necessary to make things right. This has to be the worst experience at uhaul ever. The only way to make things right is to return the money they stole from us. Absolutely inappropriate and dishonest.
I was so embarrassed having to tell my wife that I spent $800 on a uhaul rental for 1 day.
Update: After filing a complaint & several phone calls later, they refunded 1 day, but they still charged extra $ for 80 miles that I did not use. At least there was some recompense. They still owe back about $80.

Sadly this Uhual facility has poor customer service and people that just don't care.
They don't clean the vehicles, they don't listen to their customers and a lot of their 10 footers have faulty gas gauges. Checking in on the mobile app is easy but checking in at the desk seems to be a bother for most that work there.
I have been overcharged on miles I didn't use and a cleaning fee. The best response you get is "You need to approve everything before you leave the lot." Yes that's true but what I approved BEFORE I left and what I was charged for AFTER is where the problem is. Never had these issues at any other Uhual.

Those people know how to steal money, always look the Fuel tank level. In the contract it says full but half tank in the truck. When you return it half tank they told you that's what in contract that matters. Be careful I can give them - ZERO star

Not sure why i got smacked with a cleaning fee...I want my money back. During inspection we found leftover strap packages that my roommate promptly cleared out himself. Then i had him go through the cab again. It was clean

I had a great experience there .. Gianna had assisted me. I had not done it b4 so she really educated me on everything & gave me some pointers. Will definitely go there again for any of my moving needs. A++

The lift gate was sealed to the back fender. Some careless individual recently painted it without letting it dry first. I had a very difficult time opening it and if I was an older person or someone less strong there is absolutely no way I could have opened it. Would have had to have driven all the way back and exchanged it. UHAUL probably would have made me pay for the privilege. Do not recommend unless you are desperate for a vehicle.
