I want to share that I love Ulta for all the variety of products that they carry. However, either their workers or their policy needs to change. When I put in an order, I usually lately for whatever reason I’m getting a 404 forbidden bad request on their website. It happened to do That during a purchase which my email for my order number did not come through right away. Now, the money came out of my account, I had my ID and I called to confirm to the store about my purchase. When I arrived, I need not only my order number, but I also needed my ID. Even though they have my first name last name and my address because is on the order still did suffice , if I happened to not have my order number ( technology gotta trust it) I would not be able to take my purchase. That is the worst customer service, and I deal with online ordering all the time. That means that you’re liable to be able to keep a purchase? Being a multi billion dollar company, you think that’s ok? Not to mention, I can confirm what was in the order, along with passing on my ID to ensure that if I happen to not have the order number, I had all of the valid information to back it up. That still would not suffice so either change your workers because she had a bad attitude to boot or maybe make give some lead way when it comes to purchases.

I came in to return one product and to exchange it for another, the lead associate assumed I was returning both and returned the first one by itself because she didn’t see the second item on the list in my purchase history (keep in mind she didn’t tell me this she just did it and asked no questions) so she refunded me and didn’t say anything and I realized she didn’t do an exchange, so I asked for it to be voided and eventually after them realizing they couldn’t void the transaction I end up having 2 transactions on hold to me, one for $23 and one for $21 when I should’ve just had a refund of $2…. She also DAMAGED out GOOD UNUSED PRODUCT after I told her it wasn’t used… her excuse was because the box looked a little messed up… talk about throwing away company money.
Terrible experience especially because I used to work for ulta and her attitude the whole time was awful as a lead associate, she huffed at me when I asked for it to be voided and had to grab a manager. The general manager telling me to have a little more patience in the end after I explained just fine in a polite manner I just don’t want goods being damaged for NO REASON and your leads should be asking more questions before getting upset that they messed up something for no reason making someone hold $45 to there account for no reason.

Deidra at Ulta went above and beyond during my recent visit. Not only did she demonstrate exceptional patience and understanding while assisting me and my baby, but she also provided invaluable guidance within my budget. Her expertise led me to discover numerous essential items I needed. Additionally, I want to extend my gratitude to Charlotte for her assistance in selecting the perfect bronzer. Both Deidra and Charlotte exemplify outstanding customer service, and I couldn't be more grateful for their help!

This is the second time this occurred, but they staff don’t know the specials going on then do not want to honor what the ads or coupons says. I had a brochure and said free pink glasses with purchase of MOD perfume $65* and the cashier , with a smirk said “you have to soend $70. So I showed her and the manger eventually allows it! I called their main number to make a complaint because I shouldn’t have to have a debate or prove to them something they should know. And she’s just laughing and being more difficult and condescending. Learn to read the fine print! There is a special right now for a free gift if you spend more than $70 on certain fragrances. But this isn’t the same! They should know this. It’s just tasteless and the smirking is so tacky. I also think some of those girl intentionally try to watch you if you’re not white just to make you feel uncomfortable. An indirect insult. I was in full uniform on my way tio work and being watched walking it and immediately asked for the location of the perfume, and went straight there . in an open aisle …. Being watched.
I always have to call another store to ask for the correct info and the Fall River location never know what’s going on or honor the ads.

Go here if you wanna get stalked and followed around by secret shoppers for no reason. Not everyone goes into stores to steal and i felt so uncomfortable.

I got my eyebrows done by Brianna! She is absolutely amazing she literally fixed my eyebrows. After making a mistake and going to someone who probably wasn’t even certified to do so she saved them and I appreciate it so much.

I recently got services at the salon for a cut and olaplex and my stylist Damarilee gave me great tips for repairing my dry and damaged curls. After getting and few inches of dead hair off and following her instructions I noticed an extremely noticeable difference in my hair after just two washes. 100/10 recommend!!!

I highly recommend getting your eyebrows done by Brianna at the Benefit Brow Bar at the Fall River location!! She is absolutely amazing at what she does! I am always so excited to get my brows done by her!

To add onto my last review: maybe during your daily chat in you can recommend that your workers are complete asses to the customers as they are the reason why your location is still open. Never going here again. Very disappointed that I decided to go against the bad reviews and still chose this Ulta. Wasted time and money for people who don't know how to properly do their job. I also asked for gold tinsel and she gave me half gold half black tinsel. Thanks for not listening ! Who does that! "let's do the complete opposite of what she asked"

All employees at the new Dartmouth store were all very polite and welcoming!!I'm a rather new customer and was quite overwhelmed at first.Denise was most helpful and patient while helping me.Her expanded knowledge of older products to the newer products really made it allot easier for me to not only get the best skin care,also at a reasonable price."Beauty has no Age limit"I thank her for reminding me of that.Her attentive customer service and compassion truly made this an awesome shopping experience.I'll be sure to come back and let my family and friends know,now that this store is here!

I was in your Fall River store on Saturday afternoon . I was looking for assistance but your Employees were more interested in socializing with each other instead of helping there customers. When someone finally did come over to help they seemed annoyed that they actually had to help a customers. I will not return to this store again!
