I got my eyebrows done by Brianna! She is absolutely amazing she literally fixed my eyebrows. After making a mistake and going to someone who probably wasn’t even certified to do so she saved them and I appreciate it so much.

I recently got services at the salon for a cut and olaplex and my stylist Damarilee gave me great tips for repairing my dry and damaged curls. After getting and few inches of dead hair off and following her instructions I noticed an extremely noticeable difference in my hair after just two washes. 100/10 recommend!!!

All employees at the new Dartmouth store were all very polite and welcoming!!I'm a rather new customer and was quite overwhelmed at first.Denise was most helpful and patient while helping me.Her expanded knowledge of older products to the newer products really made it allot easier for me to not only get the best skin care,also at a reasonable price."Beauty has no Age limit"I thank her for reminding me of that.Her attentive customer service and compassion truly made this an awesome shopping experience.I'll be sure to come back and let my family and friends know,now that this store is here!

I was in your Fall River store on Saturday afternoon . I was looking for assistance but your Employees were more interested in socializing with each other instead of helping there customers. When someone finally did come over to help they seemed annoyed that they actually had to help a customers. I will not return to this store again!

This ulta store is pure disgusting how are they going to allow their workers to assume that someone having a certain type of clothing or appearance that they will steal you guys are straight up disgusting take some courses on how you should talk in front of customers instead of being quick to judge !! For God's sake nowadays kids can't go into places without their being some sort of discrimination horrible store if I walk in their with a huge backpack yall gonna assume I'm stealing is that how you guys are trained to think ! Your workers are straight up rude and disgusting don't make ppl feel like they can't shop there !!

I’ve been to plenty of Ulta’s in many different states and this location is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. My husband was trying to smell colognes and the sensors kept going off on random packages even ones we weren’t touching. The associate Morgann told us after the second sensor, in a very irritated and condescending way, “Just don’t touch them because they’re sensitive and it’s annoying, but it’s fine, I guess.” If that’s the kind of customer service your store is providing then I’ll wait to shop at the Dartmouth location when it opens.

Love the products and available. The return policy as well. I took off 2 starts because I just paid $106 for a trim and blow dry ? mad expensive. Not even a deep conditioning. It’s the but I needed because I do my hair fine. Won’t do that again. The girls as hairstylist are great though.

Every time I've been here it's ok. Staff isn't bothering you too much and they are always the most basic of pleasant.

They were friendly at the store. This store is just like any other ultra store. I enjoy shopping at Ultra even though I wish they were little cheaper??

Please ask for Careylis. She helped me so much as someone who hasn’t worn makeup in a bit. The setting spray she recommended and let me see work it’s magic on her hand is amazing and she was so nice and went above and beyond and I can’t give enough stars to give her credit.

I ended up visiting this local Ulta store on a Saturday evening at around 6pm bc I had time to kill. I normally shop online. When I first walked into the store I first noticed there was more sales people on the floor and not many customers. One of the sales girls was fixing her makeup in the mirror when I went to go get a basket and didn’t bother to greet me or ask if I needed help. Another sales girl walked right passed me and didn’t bother to ask if I needed help but made sure to ask if other customer right diagonally next to me needed any assistance. Final straw for me was when I went to go to the checkout line to purchase my stuff and there was an employee at the counter who saw me walking up to the counter and decided to walk away. Idk if I’ll come back to shop

Very poor customer service overall. I lucked out and found a caring and helpful associate to help with what I was looking for, but witnessed several customers being treated with a very disrespectful attitude today by a particular sales associate.I'll be calling corporate tomorrow because I was also owed a free gift for my $100+ purchase, which nobody told me about.
