I have to give a shout out to the manager of this branch office, Victor, and two of his employees, Mike and Ken. In my experience, these three men will go that extra step (and with courtesy and a smile) to help you out if you have any problems with your mail carrier and/or delivery. I have no worries should I incur another postal issue with them being stationed at this branch office of the USPS. Thank you all.

One time I had a package delivered here and the guy who worked at this location swore up and down it wasn't there , went back and forth about my confirmation tried to discredit amazon until he looked in the back and it was there as i stated , now months and months later same guy act like he couldn't help with packaging so I can send a shipment back wants to suggest i buy tape when in dartmouth they had no issue with assisting.. Just lazy male worker here

Very disappointed, I left a bag of food on my porch, today, the 2nd Saturday of May, is “Fill a Bag, Help feed families”, and I had mail delivered to my home and it is now 6:00 pm and my bag of food has not been picked up!!! I even stapled the mail notice I received on the bag. If you’re not going to follow through on what you publicized Shame On You!!!

I visited this Post Office on the 19th of December, it was a total mad house but the staff were professional, helpful, and got us all in and out pretty quickly. Great Job guys.

This post office has the best staffs ever. I've been mailing out the packages every day for years. All the packages I sent never get loss in transits. Quick and reliable. Thank you very much to all the staffs at presidents Ave and special thanks to Mark, Kenny, Steven, my mail lady I didn't know the name .
