It's 2025 and this female carrier in the North end of Fall River is horrible and shes rude
She had words for me yesterday and I wasn't going to argue with a child
I have a bill to pay in my mailbox but she didn't pick it up and yes the flag is up
Mail Carrier was on the street
I been here since 1988
Last time they held my mail
Its a safe street
Easy in and out with her little truck
This is against the law
They are playing games
This is against the law holding my mail ornot picking it up

I noticed you guys like to lie about the reason why you can’t bring a Package. Like if you don’t have the staff to deliver the packages, don’t lie just say it’ll be delivered the next day. I really cannot stand USPS

I took my aunt to renew her passport, and the way she was treated was so unpleasant. It's embarrassing that the person who helped us was a Hispanic woman with gray hair, and how unpleasant her treatment was. As usual, I know they won't take action on the matter. I wonder why I still post reviews if every time you go back to that place you have to deal with the terrible treatment from these people?

On feb.27th I went to this usps because I was having issues online trying to renew a passport. I had all my docs and stood in line for over 20 minutes for the lady working to ask me if I had an appointment at 3:55. I did not and she knew that because she was with her last appointment that had a child refusing to take a photo. So instead of asking me while she looked over quite a few times , what I was there for, she waited.
When I told her I have everything she barely let me speak and kept saying you need an appointment. Mind you on the website I was also putting in area code and it was not giving me any location to make an appointment, even when I went to the government center website. Finally I called the day after and spent 4 tries trying to get through with it redirecting to something else. When finally I got the passport connection it told me they take walk ins. This lady failed to tell me this knowing i told her i was moving out of state 2 days from then. She said well u need to go to Boston then. All I wanted to do was have someone check if i had right information which I did and all she had to do was witness me signing . She never told me i could go in the following day between 12-12:30 as a walk in. The whole thing wasn’t sitting well with me because I did see a sign saying walk ins limited. She was very nice to the 2 family’s that spoke only Spanish before me but she obviously had an issue with me. I normally wouldn’t write this review but when I learned I could have walked in the following day, I was not happy. I understand I didn’t have a appointment and I would of been ok with that but I told her my situation and she could of said to get there the next day a little early or something… that would of been the right thing to say. This added extra stress and time to me. I was limited time and had so many things to still prepare for leaving and on top of that helping my mom who broke her foot.
I did return the following day to go speak to a supervisor but a nice woman working in the next window over helped me. She even set an appointment up for me in my new location and was more than helpful. I appreciated that and a little kindness goes a long way.

Horrible customer service for first time passport. I admit I didn’t come with the proper identification (birth certificate) but the lady was so rude acting like I’m supposed to know the whole process. It’s my first time! She didn’t want to show me anything on how to complete the application, she just seemed miserable and took it out on me and all I wanted was information on how apply for my passport for the first time because I never been out the county. I wish I had a her name because I would definitely put in the post but she was Latina I believe. If you don’t like your job find another one instead of rubbing off your miserable attitude onto others who don’t deserve it. If I could give 0/5 stars I would. Just to avoid this I chose another post office 20 minutes away, hopefully they have some common sense and know how to treat people with out getting an attitude.

Worst customer service ever, they never even pick up the phone and their delivery personnel won't deliver if they don't feel like actually walking to your door to take a package, they'll leave you a pick up slip in your mailbox and put it down as "recipient unavailable". Had this happen last week! Waited all day and watched my cameras for my delivery, nothing! Rescheduled the delivery and I still didn't get it! It's still being processed is what I get from the online tracking! And if I go to the office they say it's on the truck and out for delivery! Worst service!!!
