The WORST pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of going to. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, but every single time I've been there, they can't seem to find my prescription, or it's not ready yet, or there's some sort of problem. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never return.

Walgreens should be ashamed of themselves with the lack of security at this place. There is no way they pay their employees enough money to be exposed to crackheads and thief’s at the entrance of the building. The big robo cop in the parking lot is a joke and clearly not deterring any of the criminal activity. Yikes Walgreens and yikes Fall River ?

Love Walgreens! I w of my favorite stores to buy candy always awesome deals. Get all my needs at Walgreen which is candy and cash Walgreens has ATM's that are free for me with the cards I use

Great customer service, neatly arranged, great shopping experience for all the customers needs. Staff are very welcoming and courteous with polite service and communication.

Got hung up on 5 times after waiting 20 minutes each time then they didn't fulfill the script my primary put in. They are just terrible. Go somewhere else.

So slow, they take forever. Always big lines, long wait. They never answer calls!!! You'll be on hold forever! So rude to customers.

This pharmacy is terrible,employees are so rude,takes 72 hrs for a refill prescription,,keep you on hold for half hour.,,worst one ever.had to give at least one star to post review

this is literally the worst pharmacy i've ever used. I'll call in my med at the appropriate time and when I get there to pick it up, whey THEY say it's ready, only to find it isn't and they say it's too early. the date on the previous bottle has passed, however, so how can it be too early. I've had them contact me to say my med was ready for pickup then go to the drive thru and wait 15 mins only to find it hasn't been filled. and then here comes the attitude. they double down on their mistake rather than apologize for the error. they often blame drs for not answering their script requests, but when I call the dr, they swear they did sent over the refill. this doesn't happen at CVS. they are on the ball, you can actually speak to a person, and I never have any problems with my meds not being filled when requested.

I've been to this Walgreens multiple times, recently there is a newer employee his name is Yamuel Molina. He is a very polite younger man. His work ethic stood out to me as I used to manage a business. When I left the first encounter with him he was telling the coworker how he'd help with whatever he could until his last 30 minutes were up. It's hard to find great quality employees these days. Glad you found one for your staff.
