This pharmacy is terrible,employees are so rude,takes 72 hrs for a refill prescription,,keep you on hold for half hour.,,worst one ever.had to give at least one star to post review

this is literally the worst pharmacy i've ever used. I'll call in my med at the appropriate time and when I get there to pick it up, whey THEY say it's ready, only to find it isn't and they say it's too early. the date on the previous bottle has passed, however, so how can it be too early. I've had them contact me to say my med was ready for pickup then go to the drive thru and wait 15 mins only to find it hasn't been filled. and then here comes the attitude. they double down on their mistake rather than apologize for the error. they often blame drs for not answering their script requests, but when I call the dr, they swear they did sent over the refill. this doesn't happen at CVS. they are on the ball, you can actually speak to a person, and I never have any problems with my meds not being filled when requested.

I've been to this Walgreens multiple times, recently there is a newer employee his name is Yamuel Molina. He is a very polite younger man. His work ethic stood out to me as I used to manage a business. When I left the first encounter with him he was telling the coworker how he'd help with whatever he could until his last 30 minutes were up. It's hard to find great quality employees these days. Glad you found one for your staff.

I use to swear by this pharmacy They were open 24 hours including pharmacy which was so convenient but since COVID. The pharmacy has gone extremely downhill. The staffing is rude and very unprofessional. They never keep up with the prescriptions.And I love how when you call no one can answer the phone. God forbid if you call 20 minutes prior to 1:30 and they don't answer you. The phone just rings and then hangs up on you because they decided. They weren't gonna be professional and finished their job and just go to lunch. And I love the sign in the drive through that said drive through closed because of staffing yet. When you go in to pick up your prescription half of the staff are sitting down to chatting but there's not enough to keep the drive through open.

Drive through is worthless.. don't even bother. You'll be waiting for your life saving inhaler for an hour.. inside is no better.

The customer service in this store has to be the worst there is in the city of Fall River. All but maybe one employee is rude and unhelpful. I coupon items that are on sale or promo and they always give me a hard time. A greater majority of the items get donated so it’s a huge bummer to leave a store after getting such a sour attitude from employees. I have called customer care once and complained; I got the “regional or district manager will reach out to resolve” and never received a phone call. I don’t enjoy writing a bad review but their constancy in lack of Customer service is frustrating

You REALLY need to hire staff if your pharmacy is in the position to not answer phones because you’re busy. I spent an hour holding last night. Not even any message saying that you’re busy and to please call back later. You act like other people’s time is worthless. The girl literally said to me ‘we don’t answer when it’s busy’. Also, if they can’t handle being busy then they should find another job. Being busy is absolutely not and excuse for being rude to customers, especially when they’re treating you with respect.

Ordered 2 prescriptions at 5 pm for antibiotics. They told me they would call the same day to tell me they were ready. 8 pm rolls around and I don’t hear anything so we tried calling. We’re on hold for 30 mins just talking to a machine and waiting for a real person. When we get there the young lady tells us she has no prescriptions for me. When we handed the papers to her 3 hours prior. Now we have to wait in store for a prescription that should have been done. Unbelievable. The young lady seems lost and like she doesn’t know what she’s doing.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy department. Since COVID the staff they have hired it's been nothing but issues and unprofessionalism. Wouldn't recommend!
