Staff went above and beyond I spoke to 1 gentlemen at the FedEx drop-off who assisted me. They were kind, and helped solve my issue right away. They deserve a raise and a promotion. I will be visiting in a couple weeks and if they haven't received that for their stellar service I will quit giving business to this establishment

Cashed out with the older blonde lady at this store. My total should’ve been 15, 16 after tax. Somehow the cashier ringed my stuff for 27 dollars??? I went to the one on s. Main Street and had no problems. Second time this cashier hasn’t done her job properly, train your employees better!

Uncompassionate pharmacy. Try calling and message says..."3 people ahead of you " I continue to hold for 40 minutes until someone answers the phone finally, and He says..."Please Hold" !!! Wait additional 6 minutes of phone ringing , until the phone disconnects. Try calling again , again "3 callers ahead of you" and on hold another hr. but this time I hung up since it never changed from the 3 people ahead of me. Yesterday the pharmacist said that the medication I take was not available due to a back order, she recommends for me to have the DR. change the dosage to a lesser dose but increase the tablet count to accommodate the correct dosage. We did so in under 1 hour . We even told the pharmacist not to run this through the insurance company due to a prior authorization would be needed that we will pay out of pocket for this one this month due to the fact that I am already several days without said medication. This was exactly what happened the month prior , but last month , 4x the dr. had to rewrite the same prescription because they cannot transfer to another store, who did have it. Every time you call , they speak treat you like your a criminal or a drug addict who is trying to get something to get high. Disrespectful , uncompassionate, and borderline inhumane.. All to get there and hear.. Sorry medication not available . The system is terribly broken. Not sure that they care either. The problem is not just one store, but it seems to be the climate throughout the Walgreens Company it seems, specifically in the pharmacy department . I don't know about everyone else, but I think these companies have become too big, Service become something that gets tossed out the window, and they automate just about every aspect to save money, and the supposed "valued" customer pays dearly for the lack of service we pay for . My thought is. If you cannot handle the demand then stop offering it all together .I understand that there are many people who abuse medications, I get that , but that is not a reasonable excuse to disrespect anyone or treat them as a criminal , or insinuate that the customer is the one with the problem. Its the whole Walgreen Pharmacy department that has a problem that gets placed on the patron. THIS PATRON WILL SPEAK CLEARLY BY GOING ELSEWHERE. Lets get back to supporting the Mom and Pop shop who built this country by building their business "serving" the community in which they themselves lived since they were part of the community and were known. These massive corporate companies have no accountabilities and trying to retrain the consumer to accept sub-par service as outsource very important steps to automation which is cost effective for their bottom end while the jam the CORPORATE POLICIES IN YOURS.

So i have no complaints about the store as a whole or the pharmacy services in general. My complaint is with how limited the pharmacy’s hours are. They are totally closed on the weekends and open only until 7pm during the weekdays. It’s understandable that they may need to reduce hours due to staffing but why close for the whole weekend. For many people those are the days they are able to get errands done. If there’s only staffing for 5 of the 7 days, how about closing on Sunday and Monday (or Wednesday) so there is at least one weekend day to get your medicine? Just seems more sensible imo

Cashier and manager not helpful at all. I purchase online and pick up curbside. Needed to do one return and they wouldn't take back because I didn't have a physical receipt but my online order has a quick return button to do in store. They refused to look and use that and said I needed the actual receipt when I don't have it because it was all online. Poor member services at this location

They need to start working on Saturday's at least to give out prescriptions that have been filled I called on Friday for a refill and cant pick it up till Monday, this is really sad.

Pharmacy has gone downhill. Service poor! Failed to fill a perscription for penicillian still waiting 11/2 days later. Now told out of paper for perscriptions, need to wait until paper arrives from another store. Looking for new pharnacy.

This pharmacy is horrible. Went there to get a prescription filled. Was told it would take a few days to come in. Women at counter took my info down and I left. A week later I go back in and ask about the prescription and am told that I never came in by the EXACT same woman I spoke to a week ago. I said you saw me last week and you took my info down. She simply replied "prove it" then yelled " next". I said can I speak to the manager. She said good luck here is an 800 number. I asked why she is treating me this way and she said that I need to step aside so she can take the next customer. I left the pharmacy. The next day I went back hoping for someone else. There was and that woman said we have your order but the medication is not here. I explained what happened the previous day and she laughed and said I doubt that very much. I stood my head and walked out in amazement.I will be contacting the corporate office about that woman( Yes I do have her name). This is just ludicrous to me that a pharmacy would act in this manner to someone who needs medication.This pharmacy doea not care for its customers at all. I'm still in shock at the yreatment I received even as I write this.

I've been on hold, since 9 am. Boone has spoken to me. They keep picking up and hanging up .......
