Literally every time I come here for any type of medicine, it’s always a “15 minute wait” but takes way longer. One time it was almost an hour. Today, it was said my meds were ready hours ago, so how are they not ready now hours later when I go to pick them up. Not everyone can sit in a pharmacy for 30+ minutes waiting for a prescription that was said to be ready. On top of that, you need to wait in line for 5+ minutes before anyone even acknowledges you. A joke. The best part was when the old lady pharmacist was done filling it, she tossed them onto the counter, and said “all done” with an attitude. This place sucks.

This is the place to go if u are a Walgreens customer. Pleasant, smiles, helpful, organized, just all around perfect customer service !! Plymouth ave in Fall River ma needs to be shut down and the company should be ashamed of that location it’s a dump nothing like this location on pleasant st if it wasn’t for that location Walgreens would of lost me as a customer with that being said thank you and I appreciate you guys at pleasant st location

Employees are always very helpful and the store is always clean. Love how they have clearance items in a rolling shelf right out front near the registers so it's easy to spot!

Need to update hours. Says 10pm and sitting in front of it, clearly closed at 9:10. All others in area updated their hours, not sure why this one hasn’t.

I was at your store this evening (Pleasant Ave, Fall River), and a young man (20-ish?) with dark curly hair and glasses was working the register. His mask was not fully covering his face when I got in line. Right before I got to the register, he took off his mask. I reminded him when I was at the register that by state law in Massachusetts, they must be worn for the health and safety of all. He said "OK" and proceeded to ring me up. He did not replace his face mask. I asked him to replace it, he said "OK" and did not replace it. He said he just took it off, and it was his decision. I asked to speak to the manager. After completing my check out, he called the manager. She came over and was wearing a face mask. I told her about the situation, and she said she would take care of it. However, I did not see her go to the employee to address it. I left. I came back 5 minutes later, and the same cashier was still working and was not wearing a face mask. The store closed a few minutes later. This is unacceptable. The state order is in place to protect your employees AND the customers. However, if employees will not follow state law, I will no longer shop at your stores. Perhaps this young employee should not return to work until after the crisis is over if he cannot comply with state law (and I am sure your company policy).
