Multiple times ive gone in this Walmart and this have been expired. Employees are very rude and don't do anything for the customer. Lines are always very long. Won't be back

This Walmart is an absolute disgrace. The employees are extremely unhelpful, and extremely slow and take their sweet time. Nobody ever comes when you need help. If you ask someone for help they moan and groan. People following you around like your stealing when you use self checkout but don't actually help you when you need help. I feel threatened every time I walk in this place. Steer clear of this Walmart. It should be investigated.

Well, I would like to say that today I went to Walmart in Fall River to cash a check and I received very bad service. First, I went to cash the check and I didn't have the ID they wanted. I only had my work permit with a photo and they said it wasn't valid. So I went to my house, got my passport and also got proof of address and they said it wasn't valid. And in the end, I couldn't cash my check. I don't know what kind of ID this person wanted because anywhere in the United States, if you go with your passport or your work permit you can be served and do something, but in this case I couldn't. I don't know what ID this person wanted me to create, unbelievable.

Does not answer calls, i recently lost something and i was calling to check if it was in the store and i called 6 times waiting 5 minutes each time and no answer. Unhelpful

The blonde lady you have guarding the door has a nasty attitude. I heard her be rude to people when I walked in while claiming to be “doing her job” and then she was nasty to me on the way out claiming to “do her job”. She told me not to be snappy when the only words I said to her was Have a nice day. Absolute lunacy. Continuing to bark at a customer who said nothing to you about “just doing your job” after I’ve already walked out of the store is also insane.

This place is the pits. Garbage all over the parking lot, carriages left with junk in them, One carriage had a dirty diaper left in it. This store also doesn't stock many items as other stores. I find Swansea is much better and cleaner.

this is definitely the worst Walmart in the area i would advise Skipping it and going to Dartmouth or sweasea they are usually out of stock of alot of items the parking lot has alot of trash alot of random drug addicts harassing people and the sad part is it's not really the employees fault it's just because it's in the heart of fall river and alot of trashy people ruin it for everyone else
