Jose corrected all the errors on my phone bill and updated my plan. Having people who answer in Portuguese and Spanish is very important for those who are not Native American.

This store has agents who speak Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese also. So it makes the communication and solution of our problems more efficient and faster.

The store manager Kemar was the best I've seen and worked with in the Falmouth location. My last experience in this store was so bad I hadn't been back in over 3 years until today. Kemar is extremely likeable and fast with problem solving and helping people fix issues. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.. Very impressed!

Have had nothing but issues with this location. We went in to upgrade to a new Iphone and wanted the Iphone 14 Regular. The associate "accidentally" entered the 14 Plus, I corrected him. He backed out and put in the 14 Plus again, I corrected him. This happened 3 times and I thought finally that he had it right. NOPE. Turns out the phone that was shipped to us was ... the 14 Plus. This is not the first issue. I will be counting down the months until I can find a new carrier altogether

After trying to upgrade my phone at a different store and getting my account sorted out I found out that the wrong number was canceled on my account leaving me in a panic that I was about to loose my number I have had for 20+ years. I came into this store frightened that I would not get it back and Bailey was SOOO helpful. He was able to call customer service and help restore my number and get the correct number canceled. He went above and beyond spending a good 45miutes on the phone going back and fourth until everything was correct. Thank you so much!!!

Bailey was very helpful. He helped me find a new phone and change my old phone from Verizon onto my husbands plan. He went above and beyond by even putting on my screen protector on my phone for me. Since we aren't from around here Bailey even suggested a spot for us to have lunch around the area. Thank you AT&T!
