I love this place. The staff are friendly and experienced and they have everything in this store. I borrowed a long clamp from a friend and a vital nut was lost. I'd already been to another store, but no luck. Jared jumped into action and knew exactly where to start and in just a couple of minutes he found the exact match (metric!). Sixty cents but I got as much attention as if I was buying a new grill. Please just stop looking elsewhere and head to Aubuchon. Ask for Jared. ;-).

The folks at Aubuchon Falmouth are so great! They put my grill together and delivered it in 2 days and at no extra charge!

They absolutely have the best, best service! Everyone is so helpful, knowledgeable, and very attentive! My husband and I are there every day at least twice a day as we are working on different projects.

Had a key duplicated here and it didn’t work in the lock. In fact, it didn’t look anything like the original. Huge waste of my time. I recommend Eastmans in Falmouth, or North Falmouth Hardware instead.

I’ve never had problems with this store before today. I received an email telling me that my order was ready for pickup. A few hours later, received a text saying my order had been picked up, and I hadn’t picked it up! Called the store and a young man told me that there was nothing that he could do for me. I asked him if it would help if I gave him the order number but he said that it wouldn’t. He said that there was nothing that he could do! I asked to speak to a manager, and he said that there wasn’t any available. I sent an email to Aubuchon and am awaiting a response. Also, the order had been placed online and was paid for! I know that stuff happens but this guy was doing nothing to try to rectify it.
