“Today I needed to get a replacement battery for my old Miata. I had called around and Falmouth Auto Zone had one in stock. I spoke with Amy and she set it aside for me to pick up. When I arrived my car died in the parking lot when I went to turn it off. I purchased the new battery and the usual installer was not there today to complete the job. Justin, who was working but was getting ready to sign off his shift, came out to help install even though it wasn't his job. He and Tyreek were unable to complete the install due to a difficult connection. The put in a call to a local machanic who came, gave my car a jump and led me to their garage where the new battery was able to be put in. My problem got taken care of. I just want to give a shout out to these kind employees for helping me out and talking me off the wall. A big thanks to Amy, Justin and Tyreek!”
