Once again this place has messed up another booking. Gave me keys and told me to take a car but mismatched the rental agreement and now I am chasing the company to sort out.You can never call this place or speak with someone. AVOID AVIS

WARNING: DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!! SAFETY CONCERN!!I am NOT someone to complain or negatively review a company but I do not want a family going through what we did.The vehicle we were given DOES NOT BRAKE! We have a one year old in the car and could get into a severe accident! The manager told us it would be a $350 fee to turn in the car. We have him on recording saying he’d rather us drive the unsafe vehicle than turn it in. (We even paid for the extra insurance in case anything happened to the car and they STILL wanted to charge us $350.)We were extremely easy-going and told them they could keep the rest of our reservation and rental car seat money. They didn’t care and were extremely unprofessional and rude.If you decide to do business with this company please be careful. The manager laughed in our face at the fact I was genuinely concerned for our families safety.

This location doesn't care if you prepay for a vehicle or check-in in advance, they'll still give your car away on a sold out weekend and leave you stranded with no options all while taking your money. They don't answer their phones and they don't comply with their corporate policies listed on their websites. Use Enterprise down the street, do not use this branch!

I rented a car online and 30 minutes before my reservation they called to tell me that my car wasn't there. In fact there weren't any cars. When I asked for a refund they told me to call customer service. I called customer service and they REFUSED to give me a refund! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. The representative was hostile and upset that I would even ask for a refund. I had to call my credit card company and report a fraudulent charge.

I personally didn't have a good experience with Avis, the rental location where I picked up my car or the National Hotline/Customer Service. First I went and they didn't have any cars even though I had booked a reservation. So I re-booked the next day over the phone. Then I went back and they closed an hour earlier than was listed online and an hour earlier than what their Customer service/booking phone number had listed. When I booked my reservation over the phone I booked a 545pm pick up time and they closed at 5 according to the sign on the door, but no one knew, including corporate. So then I tried another location the next day, and they didn't have the car I reserved, they had a smaller car, but still charged me for the bigger one and tried to say it was the same price! So then I called cystomer service, yet again, and there was nothing they could do for me over the phone except tell me I could find yet another different location and exchange it the next day! After I return this rental I will NEVER use Avis again, I will go to Enterprise next time. If I could give zero stars I would

Do not use this location.They advertise as being open at 8:30 during the week/Saturday which is when we scheduled to return a car to this location. No one showed up to open until almost 9:15 AM. Based on other reviews I would avoid at all costs, it seems like there is no guarantee that they will be open during the hours they advertise.

Like other reviewers, I also had a reservation scheduled and arrived to find that the location closed early. The location was supposed to be open until 8:00 PM and I arrived at 6:50 PM. Never received a call notifying me of the early closure. Nothing. There was another couple there at the same time as me with the same problem. Totally unacceptable. I am an Avis Preferred member and will not rent from this location in the future. After being out $30.00 from my round trip Uber to the closed rental location, and an hour on the phone with customer service (which was unable to find me another car), I asked for a refund and booked another vehicle throughout Hertz. Stay away until this place decides to make customer service a priority. Also, why is Avis doing nothing about this practice of closing early when this has clearly happened to multiple customers??
