“Very helpful proprietor who gave sound advice about removing crusted-on dirt. Didn’t try to oversell, advised the basic wash and said we could go through again if it wasn’t enough. Manual cleaning step before the machine did the trick! Crust was gone as was a “present” from a very large bird. All for $11! Highly recommend, would go back there in a heartbeat. Thank you!”
