definitely my favorite is pound class ,I only wish that they had more classes during the evenings but all the groups I have attended so far have been amazing, much a beautiful experience being there surrounded by caring committed staff and members. I never witnessed a gym like it but its not just a gym,it is alot more than a gym,. It is an honest refuge for those in recovery, and that is not just referring to the actual refuge recovery meetings they host but all the groups and I feel like even if I needed a safe place to go to and talk to someone, there always seems to be very non judgemental understanding ppl there. This is a real gem in the recovery community and I cant say enough good things about this place. If I had childcare for my 6 mo6old I would probably live here, not kidding. lol

I have worked as a Fitness instructor leading a small group training & enjoy watching people grow stronger physically, mentally & spiritually. The meetings are fantastic & the Yoga classes are some of the best I have participated in throughout many years of practice. Mind, body, spirit connection is offered here
