“Purchased tile for a kitchen backsplash and two bathroom remodels. Diana Burke was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. After asking me a few questions, she helped guide me to the tile I wanted so that I didn't have to spend hours sorting through all the options. We ended up going with hardwood on the second floor, but considered their plank vinyl for several months and she was patient, helpful, courteous and personable as I borrowed and returned several samples, and was clearly very knowledgeable about the product. When the tiler started the job, it became clear I'd misunderstood the process from him and that I needed some other items quickly. Diana made that happen and our project wasn't delayed. I expect these will be the last renovations we "oldies" will do, but if I ever needed tile or any other type of flooring, I'd go straight back to Diana at Ideal Floor Covering!”
