The restaurant was fantastic 5 stars for that. However, the hotel itself is a little rough around the edges.

The person working the front was very nice and welcoming, the rooms are nice and pretty clean, and is in a great location. Over all it was a nice stay for the price but there was an event the night my family stayed and the hallways smelt like a mixture of perfume, cleaning supplies, and cigarettes and the event went until at least 1:30am with music and bass loud enough to hear from the room. It would have been nice if it was a little quieter but I guess it was a lively event.

Two stars since the staff was very friendly and the location was great. Other than that, it wasn't good. The halls smelled like cigarettes. My husband had to mess around with the toilet. When we entered the room it was running. (like someone had just flushed it). There were red hairs on the walls of the shower, the towels were stained, the tv remote barely worked and there were about 3 tissues left in the box with no replacement. Also, the bulb for the light near the bed was out. I went to the vending machines to get a drink and snack. Both machines stole my money. This place has the potential to be much better with improved cleaning practices and inspections to make sure everything is working properly.

Booked a room for an event two days out. Plans changed, and called the place where I was rebuked with the no cancellation policy. Website says 72 hour notice required. I tried to explain two things a stop sign could understand: 1. Impossible to give 72 hours notice when I booked only the day before; and 2. There were other rooms at same rate available, so the place did not lose any business. These people ought to take a course in good business practices and politeness.

Rooms are clean but everything seems a little dated. Breakfast was normal continental breakfast nothing overly exciting.

I enjoyed the stay. Sancia at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The room was a nice size, but was overpriced in my opinion. This could have been because of a large festival happening during our stay. Continents breakfast was offered but we did not partake as we had to hit the road back to NY. The Inn is in a great location and is not far from town and is about a five minute walk to the Island Queen Ferry that goes to Martha’s Vineyard.

Very tired motel. Not even a bottle of water in the room nor cups to drink it with. Ironing board had a big burn mark on it. Soaps supplied were miniature size. Location is good. Very central. Just a room with a comfortable bed but not a single extra.

Let's start with definitely got the wrong impression of this hotel. My wife and i book a one-night stay so we could explore Marthas Vineyard being as it is a 5 min walk from the hotel. So originally, we had booked it for a Thursday to Friday stay but needed to change it. Called 4 separate times all with promises of a call back from the manager to approve the change being as it was busy season. That is completely understandable but never heard back any of those times. Finally got a confirmation that they can change it and there would be a higher price plus a 70$ fee for a room change, mind you we did it over a week and a half before our stay. They agreed to just charge us the room the rate and it was going to be like 70$ total. Now me and my wife both got this confirmation verbally over the phone in TWO separate phone calls. Day of arrival all of a sudden it is now 20$ higher than what I was told and it's too late to cancel and ZERO point in arguing because it's pretty much he said she said argument. So, moving past this we think we would have a decent stay being as we were only there for 1 night. Overall, it was just ok but here is a list of issues that we noticed.
1 There was hair in the shower and a lot of it.
2 The vending machines were broken.
3 The light on the left side of the bed was completely broken and hanging by the cord when we walked into the room.
4 TV remote was broken and had to get a different one from the front desk.
5 The complimentary shampoo bottle was half used.
6 The towels were sized for a small child not an adult.
All in all, would not recommend staying here especially because it is 100% overpriced for what you're getting. I would recommend spending the little extra for another one of the hotels in Falmouth.

Awful. Just awful. Stayed here for a family wedding, and didn't do research into the hotel since it was the designated place with the "group rate" of $350/night. Big mistake. The location was good, but that was about it. As soon as we opened the door to the room, we were hit with a mildew smell. Although we ran the A/C, it didn't really work, so the room was constantly humid, and everything felt damp. Rode bikes one day and our sweaty clothes never really dried in the room. Found unidentified stains on the bed linens, and a price list posted in the bathroom. Maid service consisted of emptying trash, and that was about it. I avoided walking around the room in my bare feet at all times. Highly recommend you avoid this armpit of a hotel. Yuck
