Frederick William House is a beautiful property located in Falmouth, described as the most beautiful town and the center of Cape Cod. The structure is really nice and the grounds are gorgeous. Guests can stay in cozy, tasteful, and unique rooms that are very personal and spacious, with very comfortable beds. Amenities include a personal Keurig machine, a refrigerator, plenty of towels, and great wifi. A wonderful, exquisite, delicious, and tasty continental breakfast is prepared daily. The host is super kind, very welcoming, and available for everything, always ready to give the best advice. The location is great with direct access to the traffic-free Shining Sea Bikeway, which backs up the property. Free bike hire is included. There is very good walkability to eating places, an adorable park, a local lake, seafood restaurants, cute shops, and buses. It is considered the best property to find for a visit to Cape Cod.

What a wonderful place to stay! Jeanette, the host, is such a lovely person and provided so much help and kindness. This place is the epitome of coastal hospitality – the linens, beds, towels, and a wonderful breakfast. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!
