“After spending 3hours on the phone with Comcast customer service who could not resolve my problems I went to the Falmouth location to cancel my 5 accounts....It was crowded when I went in and waited patiently....I was able to be helped by a representative who also could not fix my issues..however another rep beside her said he could look into my issues...this representative not only fixed my issues as we spoke but also talked me out of canceling my Comcast accounts and did a comparison of my AT&T account..after doing this comparison he was able to save me over $150 dollars a month on my account if I switched all my lines over to Comcast/Xfinity...obviously I did..I can not thank Alexis enough for his patience with me and taking the time to understand my issues and resolve them ...I would certainly recommend the Falmouth location of Xfinity if you are having problems instead of dealing with a customer representative online and waiting hours for them to speak to you”
