“I went to supply New England to find a new hose for a faucet I was repairing for my mother. My dad just passed away and I was in town helping her out with things and to be there for her. The hose I needed was discontinued and I couldn’t find it anywhere. The guys at SNE did some research and found a hose in the back that they didn’t need anymore and possibly fit the bill for my needs. They gave me the hose and told me it was on the house. There aren’t too many businesses out there that do simple gestures of kindness like this anymore. Unfortunately the hose wasn’t the exact fit, but that’s not the point. If you’re going to give a business your money nowadays, it’s great to give it to one that is as helpful and supportive of the community around them as SNE was to me.
