The only reason I’m giving any stars is because Troy and the staff at the front were professional and friendly . But after paying over $1,000 for brakes and for them to still be squeaking is absolutely ridiculous. Now bc I live in Maine I have to take off of work and drive an hour out of my way to have them look at something that should have been taken care of the first time. I would try somewhere more reliable if I were you. A place that doesn’t double check their work could definitely endanger someone. Luckily this was something minor this time.

5 stars isn't enough to give this business, if I could I'd give it a 100 I would!. Troy and his team went over and beyond on my truck. I needed my front and rear breaks completely replaced. I called first since I bought a aftermarket kit for towing figuring they wouldn't take it on since it's not parts they use. Troy had no problem with that at all. I knew my truck needed other work , told him to let me know if any other issues are found that needs attention. He called and for sure it did need a reasonable amount of work done. I knew it wasn't going to be easy but they made the process easy on me. He called with updates and was very honest throughout the process. That's all people look and ask for is honesty. I definitely recommend this branch in Falmouth and will use this shop from now on. FYI for military and first responders a few of the Cape branches offer a discount ?

Just had a brake job. With a coupon they did it for $100 less then their quote. And their quote was the lowest of three. No hassle - good job.

I went with my wife. After her hassling me to get new tires for my Truck. Troy and Alex gave great customer service and advice that I could trust. No hassle or haggling. Highly recommend and will be coming back with my wife's vehicle.

I went there to get new tires for my husbands' truck and the manager, Troy, was really great. He was super helpful. He let us know that the truck was in need of an oil change and wasn't too pushy about anything and wasn't rude like other places are. I would definitely go back to this place and send every one I know to this place as long as that guy is there.

Had an oil change on my 2012 Tacoma. Found that the power steering tube was leaking and had to be repaired. Midas went out for the part and made my repair while I waited. Prompt service! Well Done..,
