“I had a total knee replacement at Falmouth Hospital. Prior to surgery, I stopped by the pharmacy to inquire about Journavx, a non-narcotic pain killer for moderate to acute pain which recently was approved by the FDA. Donna (the pharmacist) said she hadn't heard of it, but jumped immediately on the computer and phone to learn about it and find availability. She had printed out a very informative info pack for me, and the following day called to tell me it was available and to call any time should questions arise. Excellent service and follow up in this patient's opinion.
Surgery done, this product works great with no fogginess or fear of addiction!”

“the way the workers not all but some treat the patients that pick up medicine from doctors who prepare medications. they fail to realize that we are not only customers we are patients or we would not be even going to CVS in the first place to pick up our prescriptions. I do purchase other items but my first order of business is as a patient picking up my medication from a physician that just filled my prescription. And most likely I am ill if I need medication 💊. This is not pharmacy staff opinion this is the front store staff overnight opinion thank you .”
