I've noticed a significant improvement in their service. Scheduling my appointment through the app, I was promptly attended to. Unlike my previous experience where the phlebotomist struggled, this time the new technician skillfully accessed my vein without any discomfort. It's a positive change, and I'm pleased with the improved service. I will definitely consider using them again.

THEY'VE TURNED IT AROUND! I read the numerous negative reviews about Quest Lab in Homeport but went to it anyway bc it's close to me. Online there was a very efficient looking appt making process, but I chose against making an appt. I walked in at 11, checked in at the easy-to-use kiosk, and only had a half hour wait. The tv screen listed my appt, it's time, & how many appts were ahead of me. I was assigned an appt & only had to wait 30 minutes. (There was also an option for me to leave & be contacted when my appt slot was ready.) I was called for my appt promptly on time. HEIDI was my phlebotomist & WAS EXCELLENT! I didn't feel the needle prick and I don't even have a bruise or blemish where she stuck me. I don't believe anyone can say anything negative about that Lab anymore. Highly recommend it!!

I went to have blood drawn. I’m not an easy stick but one lady stuck me twice in the hand. The other lady stuck me four times. 4 th time she got me. She left the needle in and without holding it she went and got cloth to put on wound. I am in pain 3 weeks later with four big dark bruises looking like a junkie. I’ll never ever go there again. They suck! If I could post pics I would, you wouldn’t believe it. My psoriasis had a major flare and still is after 3 weeks. This place needs a real phlebotomist badly. Sorry but the truth

I want to make it clear that this isn't against the staff at this location. Quest is a corporate pig that would of sent me away for a unpaid bill . The reason for the unpaid bill is due to them over charging me . It took almost a year to be refunded but only because I got my bank involved. I needed blood work for a medication I really need. Was going to be sent away if it wasn't paid . I will never do business here and hope this company folds. These places help themselves to your insurance and still bill you. Corporate greed !!!! It's about money not patient care.

I have to say that if I had taken into account the reviews I wouldn’t have come to this quest . However , IT WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! First of all if you book an appointment through the app they give you priority . As soon as you arrive, you are automatically checked in. There are are self -kiosks if you don’t have the app. IT IS FAST AND ORGANIZED! I HAVE TO HIGHLIGHT THAT THE PHLEBOTOMIST YANIQUE WAS WONDERFUL!!!!If I could I would give her 10 stars . She is very experienced and professional !!!! Thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The actual collection of my blood for testing went fine - no problems at all, but the check-in process is certainly one of the most inefficient processes I've ever encountered.I was able to schedule my appointment online (great!), and the online process even took my insurance information to speed things up once I arrived (also great!).It was a different story, however once I arrived. Clicking the check-in link provided in the text I received did nothing. While checking in at the kiosk, I had to retrieve my insurance card AGAIN and have the kiosk scan it (along with my license).I was called in almost immediately after checking in at the kiosk (great!), told to have a seat, and then asked FOR MY INSURANCE CARD AND ID once again! Seriously, this is the THIRD TIME I've retrieved my insurance card for this visit. Then, to add insult to injury, I had to sit and wait while the technician TYPED INFORMATION FROM MY INSURANCE CARD INTO THE COMPUTER. It gets even better! After typing the info from my card, she SCANNED IT into the PC. I was ready to scream! LOL!If anyone at Quest Corporate is reading this, do yourselves a favor and hire a Process Improvement Analyst. I'm sure what I described is not the only inefficiency you folks have. Eliminate that waste and you'll improve the bottom line, and more importantly, improve client satisfaction.

LabQuest is just a bad company. They make getting a test and seeing your results as difficult as possible. Its not necessarily the employees at this location’s fault, they are decently nice in general, especially for being underpaid. That said for my last test I was supposed to fast, didn’t realize it, and the tester didn’t ask like they’re supposed to so when I went to my doctor she said the results were invalid and I had to do it again, which means I had to pay again. Super duper recommend you get testing done by another company if you can.

This location is… not good. I understand that if you don’t have an appointment, you’re considered a walk in and have to wait. When I got there about 8:50 AM, there was one walk-in ahead of me, with about a few scheduled people waiting. Eventually it was 9:45 and one of the two phlebotomists put something in the microwave and ate a snack for 10-15 minutes. They continued to walk past the now four people sitting on standby and loudly complain to another worker in the room in front of us that “they don’t care about walk-ins” because “if they don’t make an appointment, they have to wait and risk not being seen and it’s not her problem”. It was extremely rude because none of us were complaining. I was just there to give a urine sample and waited over an hour and a half. Didn’t leave until 10:45. So basically if you can’t make an appointment, they don’t care about you or your time and will make you wait as long as possible.

My husband had an 8:30 blood draw appointment. He received a text asking that he confirm his arrival (which he did) and waited for a second text telling him to come in, they were ready for him. He entered the building and was told they had no record of his appointment and that they couldn't take him. Ridiculous!!!

Receptionist is rude and unprofessional. Never had any problems with quest diagnostic until I went to this location.

I had labs drawn at Falmouth Hospital 7/28/21, told labs sent to Quest and results “lost”. Dropped off a 24 hour urine 8/3/21, told those results also “lost”. Very disappointed as I went for my follow up medical appointment today and no labs were available to discuss. I’m a nurse practitioner and this is totally unacceptable. I hope they “lost” the bill to my insurance company. I will be checking on that next.
